Just saw a photo of my back and am thoroughly disgusted. How am I so totally lacking in definition.

i cant see my back, i can only assume it is perfect
Back and abs are all about body fat %. You can be a fucking monster and have tons of muscle but your back is gonna look like a slab of fat anything over like 18%. Until you start to see actual separation in your delts showing up, and your lower/upper chest definition poking out a bit you'll not really see much lats and def wont see any mid back.
Going to run a marathon in march if I can get this calf issue worked out where I can get proper mileage in.
Up to around 40 miles a week so it's looking good as long as I avoid injury. Slowly adding about 10-15% mileage a week and adding on to my long runs. I'm shooting for a hard 13.1 run by end of year to see where I stand on pacing.
Nice man. I use something like this for foot and ankle stenght/balance training. Completed my first marathon in 2012 and I've never had an injury that was running related(fingers crossed). Have done multiple marathons, 50 miles, and 100 mile once

I think his prices are insane so I made my own with a 5"x5" piece of plywood and a wedge on the bottom to create some instability.
Start small with 30 seconds per foot while holding a table or wall for support. But work up to 60 sec+ each leg without support.
You can do balance stuff on the floor or an elevated book or something else improvised as well
Anyone have any headphones they like for swimming? Trying to find a pair my wife likes but they all the ones we tried give her issues with her long hair/swim cap
Gained 17 LBs in the exactly 2 months of pure muscle. Went from 153 -> 170.
Aiming to hit 185 by May 15th (32 LBs in 5 months total) and maintain from there.
I was 185 once (about 7 years ago) when my mom was sick and I was at the gym 3 hours a day to cope. Then I kinda fell off and been hovering from 150-160 for the past ~6 years. Weight sheds off me super fast if I don't work out consistently and take mass gainers.
Past 2 months been doing gym 4-5x a week as well as 0.5 - 1 servings of Naked Mass with oat milk per day (an additional 700-1400 calories). Shit's delicious.
Needs pics

Well, now that I can drive; I can finally get serious about the gym. Decided to get a personal trainer for a little while (4 sessions) just to get started and figure out my options in there! Just have to be careful about my left ankle to be honest.
Wish me luck in getting in better shape for Momocon so I'm not tired having to walk all around the con!
That's not a big deal I could totally do that too, just let me finish this 7-11 hot dog I'm eating for dinner.

Botosi; I will. It's pretty obvious since I do wear a brace on it, but that left ankle tends to ache pretty bad if I overdo (doggone tarsal coalition) so yeah, it IS a weak point. If I stand up too long, you don't want to be around me; I tend to hurt enough that I want to bite off a few heads, hence why when I have to do that I tend to keep some Advil around to dull the pain to bearable. (Yes, used to it, but don't want to stress it too much unless it's absolutely necessary.)
Hopefully these sessions will get me a routine and such so I can lose weight and get in shape. Well, lose fat anyway. Rather gain muscle to a point anyway.
About a year and a half ago progress. Need to get a more updated photo taken in good lighting but packed on a bit more muscle since then.
Spoiler: show
What are you doing for lower chest?
