Sounds like you need to get your tonsils removed

Yeah..been trying for over 15 years. They still refuse even after being referred to a ENR specialist. Because there is a higher risk as an adult and mine are always swollen, as in they don't touch but obviously larger than most.
Even my last visit they were like " Well if they still hurt in 6 months we can consider it but doubt they will.." per the doctor. Thanks..

major props to him for knowing to bow out for health.
I’m down to 275 today pretty happy ‘bout it
I’ve unexpectedly received an opportunity to do work related stuff at Universal Orlando in 5 or so weeks from now and I’m really looking forward to the possibility of finally being able to ride some of their roller coasters that are not fat friendly. I’m ready to finally make that Harry Potter ride my bitch!
Been looking for something else to supplement my chicken or tuna wraps. I’m already putting a little shredded mozzarella on there, but I also found turkey pepperoni. 70 calories in a 19 piece serving. Ballin’
I've had some nagging heel pain for two months. Good days and bad days, but always some pain. I've tried rest, stretching, ice, heat, all kinds of calf exercises and no relief.
Did some internal rotation hip exercises these last two days and all my pain is gone. Anatomy is interesting and so frustrating. Why is the hip connected to the heel.
so you can run good
Cooking fail today. Since I had the day off I was thinking today is the day I finally try to prepare fish in the kitchen which I have never really done. Even going with something simple, I fucked up. Went with frozen salmon filets. Directions on the bag said to thaw in sealed bag for 30 minutes before cooking. So I soaked the whole ass bag, not realizing they were individually seal wrapped on the inside so I didn’t NEED to cook them all at once. So here I am at roughly 1pm having gotten all my required protein for the day after eating 4 salmon filets for lunch. Wasn’t really a fan of the flavor. I basted in olive oil and seasoned with lemon pepper flakes but it just…meh, it was a miss for me. Think I’m gonna stick with chicken, turkey, or tuna as my main proteins.
ya, you prolly biffed it a bit. salmon is p simple and delicious once you find a method that works. i usually just grill a ton of it glazed with soy vay and sriracha, it keeps really really well in the fridge and you can shred it into salad.
if you don't like the basic flavor you can stick to other stuff.
24 hours later still tasting salmon when I burp fuck this life
don't be a wuss bro
salmon is an A+ food, easy, delicious, versatile, A-GILE, MO-BILE, HO-STILE, uhh cheap, ez protein
but anoat have you never had salmon before or was it just this salmon that was botched
My experience with salmon is largely limited to salmon patties used for sandwiches and I’m okay with those
I think I botched with the oil and seasoning. Lemon pepper wasn’t a great choice imo
I do have one more bag in the freezer so I’ll try again perhaps with different options
I grew up in Oklahoma, where fish was a staple in my diet for years—catfish, in particular, was like the Ramen of hillbilly cuisine, almost free thanks to bait traps. Now, though, I can hardly stand seafood or anything that lives in water, which is a shame because it's such a healthy food source. That said, I’ll still devour some fried salmon patties... that stuff is fire.
12 week check-in with my trainer. Good numbers continue to go up, bad numbers continue to go down. Posting numbers for accountability reasons. Let’s gooooo
