Eggs and oatmeal, with toast depending on caloric needs. All day everyday. Takes like 5-10 minutes.

Not a big fan of pork unless it's Pernil and smothered in oil and garlic. Def gonna load up on chicken though. Perfect timing as chicken is the only meat my son actually likes lol.

Hot sauce is good low calorie/low sugar. Buffalo is good for low calorie but a bit more sugar.
Anyways started a new gym today and it’s boot camp style, a 45 minute small group training session. It’s definitely a lot more intense than when I do my solo workouts. I’m sore as fuck, lets see how it goes.
Ozempic is fucking up my gut so bad. Left work early yesterday cause I vomited twice cause I couldn't keep anything down. I'd sit down instead and it was a fire hose spraying out my ass. This lasted 24hrs. I slept 1hr at a time before I'd wake up for 30min with a bathroom trip. All. Night. Long. It was 50/50 whether it'd come out the front or back. Just straight miserable. Today is slightly better, but idk if that's cause I have no more extra fluid to purge. Been drinking water like mad to try and hydrate, but I'm still really dehydrated.
If you decide to take this stuff, I recommend changing your diet at least a week before your shot; I think my body was purging all the shit food I eat. I'm literally in fear of eating processed foods cause I don't want to reexperience that pain. All that said, I genuinely don't feel a hunger sensation. I purged everything in my stomach and gut and still don't feel hungry, or the nausea and other symptoms that go with it. Such a weird feeling feeling empty and ready to eat but my brain and body are like meh whatevs.

On the other hand, I'm down 12lbs in 3 days so I got that going for me. Unhealthy as fuck tho; I wonder how much I'll put back on once I rehydrate.

yeah the upfront is fuckin brutal. wifey was super gross for like a week or so but they had her on a real low dose to start so it wasn't horrendous. once she hit her max dosage it was way better. definitely an abrupt adjustment for your bowels/brain.
Yesterday was leg day at the new bootcamp and I hate it. Hate it, hate it, hate it. We do two super sets of each workout in the circuit (ten workouts total) before repeating the circuit. By the time I was nearing the end of the second circuit and I was so exhausted my form was total shit and I was concerned I would hurt myself because of it. Dropped the weights and just went thru the motions to finish. I don’t like it. Don’t like it all. I’ll be back on Monday.
I’m on pace to hit 6000 miles on the bike and 1200 miles running for the year. After I bought the slant board and starting doing calf stretches that issue went away. If I can convince myself to put the time in swimming I would sign up for a 70.3 Ironman next year. I might get a true TT bike soon instead of a road bike with aero bars.
FTP around 300 but haven’t tested in a while. Half marathon PR is 1:48 during a long run and not race effort.
Six month check in accountability post
Spoiler: show
Down 44 pounds total. Body fat percentage down 9%. Water levels are good, shoutout my hydro homies. Skeletal muscle mass is fluctuating a bit so need to work on that. I believe I am at the point where the rapid weight loss each week is coming to an end and I’m going to have to push to drop more.
eh, you may be surprised. keep looking at your calorie intake and trim it down. you'll plateau eventually but likely not yet.
I know it's not the rate you're uses to at this point, but losing 4lbs in a month still isn't bad.
Just want to add to what folks said about the 1 lb thing.
Wishing you all the success, but please don't make the mistake I did in the past where I saw rapid weight loss come to an end, assume I was doing something wrong and sorta gave up.
Even stalling for a bit (while annoying) is better than swinging back up.
