It's completely understandable to feel that way; I was in the same boat for a long time. However, the closer you get to your goal, the more challenging it becomes. For instance, once you drop below 18% body fat, each additional percentage point you lose will be significantly harder to shed. Think of it like leveling up in an RPG: the experience needed (or in this case, the hunger) gets progressively more difficult to overcome.
I recently incorporated a GLP-1 medication into my last cutting phase, and it was a game-changer. I experienced no hunger, no brain fog, and wasn't constantly thinking about my next meal while I was eating my current one.
Be incredibly proud of what you've accomplished so far! But if you have the resources, don't hesitate to consider something that could make the rest of your journey much smoother.
