I'll look into that, I've actually been using their shakes as occasional meal replacements lately

My gym was offering free scoops of their pre-workout…after our workout…I mixed it in my water bottle but didn’t drink it. It’s been sitting in my fridge since I got home. Is it even safe to drink after a day? I don’t want to drink it after I’ve already worked out for the day but if it’s still good I’ll drink it tomorrow morning before going to work out.
Probably fine

I've found the best way to avoid fake supplements is to just never buy any, ever.
I finished my Disney Virtual 5k Summer Series. It’s 3 5ks you run between June 1st and August 31st. They actually sent me the medal box before I finished my first race but I was like NO I will not open until I’ve finished! And I got antsy and decided to do all three races in a 3 week period instead of a 3 month period. I’ll post the medal pics later if people want to see them. But I’m pretty psyched that I can go back and chart these three runs back to back to back and see marked improvement in each one. Like, really good improvement.
Race 1 “Pirates of the Caribbean 5k” Finish Time: 45:13 Pace Time: 14:33
Race 2 “Jungle Cruise 5k” Finish Time: 43:36 Pace Time: 14:02
Race 3 “Big Thunder Mountain 5k” Finish Time: 41:51 Pace Time: 13:28
Post it and encourage me to stop being lazy!

Started up a FBEOD (Full body every other day) split instead of my go to PPL i've been using for 5yrs now just to spice things up. Having to get used to a little less in terms of sets and volume but so far hasn't been too bad and kind of enjoy having an extra day off for the week
That's awesome.
I'm getting anxious/frustrated about my work outs right now myself. The bulging disk in my neck is getting so bad, by the end of the work day, I'm in so much pain, and have so much numbness and tingling in my hands, I can't even do the elliptical machine. Even just walking on a treadmill with my arms swinging lightly at my side pushes my shoulder pain from the compressed nerves to about a level 8.
Can't wait for this stupid epidural so I can hopefully get back in the gym.
Seeing people make progress has me realizing I need to reach out to Milk about some of his upper body programs. I remember he gave me an arm workout with so much volume it felt like my arms were going to explode. My shoulder is probably a month or two away from being ready to lift heavy again, but I’m planning to focus on higher-volume training for the first few months back. I’ve lost a noticeable amount of size while being sidelined, and it’s driving me crazy.
Me, b/c of the abdominal surgery I'm starting over. But considering it's so HOT as to cook eggs on the sidewalk right now, I'm not exercising outside. That'd be murder..so I'm mallwalking at the local mall.
Up to two laps around now, and hoping to make it three before the last of the surgical wounds heal. Also thinking about adding in Callanetics b/c those exercises are gentle and prolly better after the "belly insult" for a little while. Hopefully no more cancer, jeez.
I still need to get rid of the "my sister died" 100 lbs really.

Fucking sad how all the channels I used to watch when starting out bodybuilding are all now grifting shills. Dr. Mike and Doucette were always hit or miss and stupid as fuck at times, I did enjoy Nippard though for a lot of the research stuff but these ppl thinking these 19yr old kids that are the size of a truck are natural...fucking lol.
Same, Philion also says some really fucking dumb shit on his other channel that made me stop watching him as well. Not about fitness, but RL shit when he rants sometimes.
I wrote a guide to getting cheap GLP-1 drugs on the gray market, if anyone is interested:

I got an 8-month supply of retatrutide (at the low dose I'm using) for $90+shipping. Down 23 lbs so far.
Um, arch: No thank you. I'm a believer in that stuff is a last resort, not to mention I can't afford it. Have bigger fish to fry, and I prefer to lose weight the old fashioned way; in my mind there are NO shortcuts. But each to his or her own.
It's not for everyone, but everyone can afford it. The drugs are so cheap on the gray market that you literally save money by taking them (because you eat less food)

Arch; nooope on "can afford it here". You do NOT want to know how much I get a month in spending money, it's not very much at all and I'd rather that stayed in the bank (and piled up a bit); seriously when I'm doing plasma for extra, you'd better believe it's not much. And also..with grey market..you don't know where that came from. I've heard some AWFUL horror stories of fakes making people sick.
So yeah, I'll stick to watching what I eat and how much, and keeping hydrated, thank you. But as I said, each to his or her own.
