Just because I struggled doesn't mean I want others to.

These meds, especially the way Archi laid it out, are cheap. They're cheaper than any overpriced meal plan, shake program, or sketchy, unregulated garbage pushed by the health industry. The difference is, this actually works. And it works really well.

Anyone trying to shame people for using what works can get over themselves. I remember early on in my relationship with my wife, I had a terrible migraine. I stayed in bed for hours refusing to take anything because I was raised to "tough it out." She kept offering Excedrin and I kept saying no. Eventually she got annoyed and said, "Why are you choosing to stay in pain? Who are you trying to impress, someone who didn't have what you have and now wants you to suffer too? Take the pill and come eat dinner with me."

I took it. I felt better in 20 minutes. And I realized how dumb it was to suffer for years trying to live up to some outdated idea of toughness.

So if avoiding shortcuts makes you feel better about your journey, you do you. But remember that these tools that are available.

I don't ever medically recommend not approved drugs. These, however, Elizara, are not a shortcut. Try talking to your doctor about it because they have drastically changed some of my patient's lives.

^ Yup, fuck the "bootstraps" bullshit. Got my loans forgiven and i'm all about having them wiped out for everyone. Also hopped on TRT both because I legit needed it but also there was a part of me wanting to try it out to make even more progress in the gym if I could eek out a little more while still being healthy (aka I do 80mg injections or less depending on bloodwork)

Turned 40 last week and decided ~4 months ago to really start getting back into the gym. Largely been doing 5x5 sets for the bigger lifts which worked well for me in various points of my life. Finally ripped off a 5x5 bench sesh @225lbs today; felt really good after struggling with 175/185 at the beginning. Haven't been at that level for ~5yrs+. I did start taking creatine which seemingly was a pretty big boost to me (monohydrate powder, not gummies per that earlier vid which is wild).

And similar to Meresegi's comment earlier, I've generally been doing a full body lift day including legs. Probably lose some lift intensity vs separate days, but it works way better for my travel-heavy schedule and have been seeing pretty good results.

Now just need to improve the cardio/endurance game. Bought a Peloton which is probably overpriced, but it's been really nice to have in the house. Spin/cycling is also a solid prep exercise for ski season where quad/hammy endurance is bigger than absolute strength.

Sort of a humblebrag post, but feeling good for the first time in a long while.

225 is badass benchmark (lol) coming back to gym. Hit 42 just a couple weeks ago myself and been trying to hit 315 bench at some point this year. Dropped to my 3x a week full body workout and been pretty decent. Doing about 1min between sets instead of my typical 2min so getting a lot done and getting out of gym around same time

Thanks brah! GL on 315; three plates is just a sick goalpost to hit. And yeah on the full body day, just saves a ton of time + full rest days are nice. I don't recover the way I used to these days.

I got an 8-month supply of retatrutide (at the low dose I'm using) for $90+shipping. Down 23 lbs so far.
This drug is great and all but man the average person, who needs this drug, does not have a healthy enough relationship with food and physical activity after they stop.

Also lol now everyone is buying steroids and SARMs online.

Yeah, I've been fixing my relationship with food for like a decade. It takes a long ass time and you should have a therapist help if you can.

Cuz you got 19yr old "natties" on social media using shit tons lol. Shit has blown up and now expanded out to a bunch of people who both don't need the roids because they're casual lifters and because their diet is shit and now they're doing roids to just look fat

I’m signed up now to run my first ever 10k in April 2026. Got 8 months to train for it. I’m running 5ks pretty comfortable right now, and I’ve pushed it up to a 4 miler a couple times but started feeling sore around that mark. I think for training I am gonna try to start pushing 4 miles until I’m not sore, then move it up to 4.5, then 5, then 5.5 etc. until I can get 6.2 on the treadmill without being in too much pain. My 5ks on the treadmill are usually seeing me finish in the 40-45 minute range so if I can complete a 10k in an hour and a half that will mean I’ve kept consistent pace. But realistically I want to shoot for an hour and 45 minutes or so, assuming I’ll need to stop to walk a bit especially while training and acclimating.

Milkster or TPG or whoever - you ever fuck around with MOTS-C or SLU-PP-332 or L-carnitine for energy during the day? Being on this persistent calorie deficit with Retatrutide for almost 4 months now is exhausting, and especially on days where I lift in the morning I just feel wiped out for the rest of the day.

Part of this is just that we got a puppy last month so it's a lot of early mornings and not sleeping as much too. Considering tossing a 40mgx10 of MOTS-C onto my next reta order for $190 and giving it a shot.

I suppose you guys just rely on test for energy though

Test isn’t going to give you much energy after cutting for over four months, that’s just how the body responds when it’s running on limited fuel. This is where caffeine comes in… and usually in large amounts.

$47 of retatrutide and 4 months, easiest weight I've ever lost. Haven't been normal BMI in like a decade. Cholesterol in normal range now. Gained a little strength in the process, just glad I didn't lose any.

If you want this for yourself I wrote up a guide to accessing cheap GLP-1 drugs. Tinyurl.com/cheapglp1

Any recommendations on adjustable weight dumbbells?

I am about to lose my shit with planet fitness and their inability to keep the one drinking fountain they have functioning. At least once every other week the water pressure on the fountain completely goes out and it takes like five minutes to fill a single water bottle, and I typically go through 2-3 bottles in a work out.

I got the SMRTFT Nuobell 5-80 lb adjustable dumbbells and I love them, but they aren't cheap.
    https://smrtft.com/products/nuobell-...SABEgJqcPD_BwE

There are chinese knockoffs on like Aliexpress for cheaper but I can't speak to the quality. Look ~identical though. Watch for shipping charges.

    Note-you can't drop them.
