160 pounds seems abysmally low. How tall are you like 5’7?
Jesus that's so small.
Yeah, I mean I'm not taking steroids and I'm not a gym rat (despite regularly lifting for years).
Most people have more weight to lose than they think.

Body fat % is rarely ever accurate or consistent across individuals from differing backgrounds. Anyways having just abs isn't impressive as any kind of fitness metric in the big 2026.
Fortunately I'm only from 1 background so I don't have to worry about that
Anyway, did a 30 min peloton ride for the first time since like February
Beginning to see the vision (I'm ~171 right now)

Keep in mind that the people we think are impressive, the physiques we consider big, and what we call lean, ripped, or juiced are all outliers. We've been in this world for so long that our body dysmorphia has completely warped our perspective. To the average person, someone with visible abs is still incredibly impressive and a physique they'd love to have.
Last week I was deadlifting with only 405 pounds on the bar when someone walked by and said, "Wow, that's so freaking impressively strong." I thanked them, but all I could think was, "Yeah, I'm still warming up."
We're the outliers with a distorted perspective, not Archi.
Normies are so weird
respectfully, i was hitting legs today and there was a girl in spandex doing legs next to me whose lower half made me want to slice open my scrotum unravel my testicles and hang myself with them next to her, respectfully
I
I don't
I don't know if that's good or bad

So I lift at home with 5-80 lb adjustable dumbbells. I have 2.5 lbs of magnets I can add on but that's the upper limit.
Normal chest day was flat dumbbell bench, then decline, then incline (then flys and overhead tricep extension)
But I got to the point where I was 3x9ing the flat bench with 82.5s, so I switched to decline first
But now I can 3x9 those too
So I guess I'll start with incline. Just did 3x8 with 70s, I'll work from there.

Don't fall into the "I don't take test so i won't have X". At 6'4 when i 1st lost all my weight and started going to the gym i had abs at around 205 and that was 100% clean.
You are doing well, but don't limit yourself to just mogging normal people. Take the crossfit guy down.
i haven't injected since early 2018.
i have also only been eating taco bell and doing cocaine 12 hrs a day for the past month with minimal gym.
all i'm really saying is your weight is pretty irrelevant i think you just need to do some more core work because you are fairly light
It's just about body fat. I can't see insertions with the amount of fat remaining on my stomach.

Added dumbbell deadlifts to my legs day, haven't done them in year, I think it's just what I need for my old man lower back.
There's a Planet Fitness opening a mile from me in September, considering whether it's worth $14/mo for the next year to get access to a squat rack, back extension and some leg machines.
