Who am I kidding, of course it's worth it - drop kids at school, swing by for 45 mins before running home for my 930 first work call

I quit going to Planet Fitness when the one by me stopped being 24 hours. I loved being able to go in at midnight and work out.

Keep in mind that lower back pain, and I don't mean this is your issue, but it might be, can sometimes actually be an issue with your hips. I went months dealing with lower back pain and assumed it was because of, you know, back work. It wasn't until I was bitching to a PT friend of mine that he had me lay down and started poking around at certain hip muscles. The pain went to 100 real fucking quick.
I started doing more yoga, really stretching my hip flexors, and working on mobility. My back hasn't hurt since, no matter how heavy my DLs get.
None are 24 hours now on weekends. Basically 5am Monday then open 24 hours till they close at 9pm Friday, and 7am to 9pm sat/sun.
They are still the cheapest option for me (seriously 24 hours fitness, what the absolute fuck at your pricing?) so I just pay the $27 a month for the black card as I find the massage chair and the ice/heat lounge help my neck a lot post surgery.

After I started KLOW I didn't have any more crippling lower back spasms (those really sucked) but now I just have an occasional sore back from 8 hours a day sitting at a computer with poor posture.
Just switched to Wolverine only a couple days ago, been direct injecting into my arm to see if it can do anything for this distal bicep tendonitis and the GHK-CU was irritating.

They're all 24/7. That's their gimmick

I must be an outlier when it comes to KLOW or the 157/500 stack. I honestly don't notice any difference in healing when I use the stuff. The last time I tried it, I was doing a pretty high dose twice a day, near the pain location. People talk about it like it's a miracle cure, but it just doesn't seem to do anything for me personally.
I was only half paying attention tbh so if that context was included previously I skipped over it
