Then you also just have skinny. Nothing in a kitchen is going to give this guy abs. He's going to have to work out for them

Again, it's a combination of workout/food/cardio. Pictures like the apple one pretty much tells people they don't need to workout
You could always do.
Spoiler: show
I've also heard about ephedrine and clenbuterol but they seem to be illegal in the US. I'm kind of iffy about handing any of the sites that claim to sell them my debit info.
Tren/caffeine/ephedrine/yohimbe/coke and drink 0 water. You will look lean as hell.
Drinking 0 water on Tren? Do you want someone to die because that's how you kill someone.
lol
Anyone have any pre-workout suggestions? I know people taking all kinds of shit but I don't want to explode or get cancer.
I was using C4 mass for a bit. I liked it but decided to switch it up after 2 months. I'm using Bio-Rhythm's Pre-Glow right now and I like it alot. I looked up all the ingredients in Pre-Glow and only 1 ingredient in it seemed a little sketchy (Higenamine HCL and it doesnt seem too bad). I've been enjoying the effects of Pre-Glow and have definitely noticed an improvement in stamina during my workouts.
I enjoy c4. I took it for the last few years, didn't have any of the 'restroom panics ' during the workout or 'need a nap' afterwards.
Buzz was OK. I liked my workouts, but the rest was lame.
Try and get some samples, see what you like. Your results will vary depending on what your body says 'yo wtf?' To. Tolerances, jitters, all that is different with preworkout, and the ingredients within the product will give your body a different feel depending on you.
Primetene is my go to. E+C is more effective and cheaper than anything on the market "for fat loss".
@Kuya - When you're down to single digit body fat you can assess the weaknesses/imbalance in your abs. Focus on adding mass to those areas during your next bulk. I always get better results with increased resistance in the 8-12 rep range even for core. I always had a hard time on my lower abs since my upper abs wear built up from years of baseball. I focused on those last bulk and I can see a difference now.
Caffeine pills. They will be a million times better, as well as cheaper than any other preworkout.
Preworkouts, I found to be a complete waste of money. Majority of them are just sugar (malodextrin) with possible trace amounts of a bunch of other shit in super low quality just to claim to have it. Check out the documentary "Bigger, Faster, Stronger" on Netflix. It's about Steroids as well as the supplement industry and the FDA. They made a preworkout that cost them around $3 to make, but could literally retail for $45.

Primatene and Bronkaid are available at your local walgreens, cvs, riteaid, etc. They are protected OTC like sudafed, my walgreens scans my ID and sometimes places may ask what you need it for (tightness in chest while breathing occasionally *cough*).
Bronkaid is 25mg Ephedrine Sulfate - which is an exact full dose per tab
Primatene is 12.5mg Ephedrine HCL - you'll need a pill cutter to get to the 20mg dose
Finally picked up some resistance bands and while dinner is cooking decided to break them out.
Fuck I wasn't prepared for how much resistance it puts out on the lowest band but damn I could feel it.
Since I'm almost down 50 lbs again I want to try and get more variety in. Since I can't do weights still with my arms or hands really this is going to be ideal. I can't remember who suggested it but thank you!
