Went rock climbing this week, holy shit that's fun and also holy shit my body so sore haha. Apparently I use WAY too much of my upper body when climbing so need to work on using legs. Pretty badass workout though, at least the bouldering was.

How much fibers are you guys taking in per day? What kind of food are you eatting to meet your fibers? Tips?

for size
I am down to 140! (From 145-150.) Pretty happy! I start gyming tomorrow!
Changed up my routine a bit. Stopped cardio completely and changed my schedule to Monday chest, Tuesday back, Wednesday legs, Thursday arms, and Sunday to full body with less weight and more reps. Rest of the days I go heavy and if I'm bored I'll do an extra chest day Friday or saturday. Noticing a big increase in strength and I'm actually gaining weight up to 157-160 on a good day (from 150-153 depending on the day).
It's nice to actually have titties for once. Trying to hit a goal of a steady 165lbs by new years. Think I can do it if I really push myself towards eating more.

I'm wayyy over due on a haircut
Progress update. Got to 184~lbs which is a 90lb loss. At this point I am kinda tired of the reduced calories in, so I wanted to increase my calories out to continue my progress of cutting body fat. Bodyweight stuff and dumbell work alone isn't cutting it anymore, so I decided to turn to SL 5x5 to start off.
I can't setup a home gym without some construction because if I invest in equipment I want to keep it out of the weather. Searching for a gym locally returned 2 results for places with squat racks and allow deadlifts. One is 24/7 and cheaper overall, so I prepaid for a year(on impulse but w/e I got 3 months free and discount on startup fee for the badge).
Unfortunately, I forgot to checkoff the plate selection and they don't have plates below 10lb. I don't mind spending the $15-$20 to buy plates to supplement what they have. I also don't mind looking like an autismo bringing in my own baby plate. I just don't want someone to accuse me of stealing. Hopefully I don't encounter a problem with that.
Started this morning and I am weak as shit right now lol. It has been 10 years since I've done these lifts and I'm sure the 90lb cut had an effect. Going to go at off peak hours to combat my autism and ego.
Wow, 90lbs? Big congrats man!
Thanks, it has been a journey over the last 11 months, but it has just started.
90 lbs over 11 months? You're a beast. Huge congrats. You should be very proud.
Since last february I have went from 292 lbs to 188lbs but not in the best way alot of shit happened i won't go into. On the bright side i am now more fit than i have been in years!
just stick with it! good job!
Thanks, no loose skin either. Shit ton of stretch marks, but that was only avoidable had I not gotten fat in the first place. Went from a size 40(some brands 42?) down to a 32. The best part is I caught someone giving me the side eye Saturday walking through the store, put a smile on my face the rest of the day. I don't even care if she wasn't really 'mirin.
In the fitness mind, everyone's 'mirin.
Yeah i understand there stretch marks are a side effect for me too. Went to GNC and they recommended i use cocoa butter to make them fade they won't be gone but wont notice them as much. I also have been noticing the side eye more often since all of this.
Bitches love confidence. Even the 9's and 10's.
I think I might have to go back to calorie reduction again. Around end of August last year started to diet because of an accident but couldn't exercise much because of the accident but still went from 210 to 150 by end of Jan... but since then I've been enjoying cheat days too much now I'm back up to around 160. Not a good way to head into the holidays with family cooking big meals lol
So I am starting to go to the gym 3 times a week and I wanted to do Upper body, legs, and core for the days. What is a good core routine in a gym? Or can I just do core at home?
I've been going to the gym for over a year now and have been getting some pretty good results. I'm not looking to get super lean and fit, I just do it cause, uhh, I dunno. I've put on a lot of muscle compared to how I used to look, it's kinda cool. I was fairly directionless and just did random things mostly. Now I want to have more of a focus so that things progress evenly and faster.
Honestly, just Google around; literally millions of options and different things work for different people, often with very different goals. I really just try to hit every major muscle group at least twice a week; core, pecs, and triceps/delts get the most (just because I fucking love dips and push-ups as far as movements go, with ab work being not bad but less awesome). That basically means hitting the gym 4 out of 7 days in the week which isn't crazy really, and I'll skip entire weeks if work gets nuts or I'm traveling. I'm generally out in 40 minutes as well.
