that's alot of courics
I generally use metamucil tabs but I was at the time stuck on two straight weeks of MREs.
And if you wanted to poop more just eat some sugar-free gummy bears.
Fine line between something for regularity and something that transforms your asshole into the Mouth of Sauron.
Trying to drop as much weight as I can before Holmat (anime con); now in 2 weeks. 6 day a week double cardio starting last week.
Go to Fossil Park and run my obstacle course, leave straight from there and take the scenic route home.
Took the same route tonight as I did Thursday and dropped 6 minutes

So I got some dumbbells awhile back and with how cold it is now I think it's time I break them out. Anyone know of a good site/guide for some exercises?
Do you have a set of dumbbells like 10s, 15s, 20s, 40s, etc? Or do you have adjustable dumbbells that you add plates to and clamp?
Any specific goals/target areas?
We'll be able to help a lot more w/ that info
I got these: https://www.amazon.com/Bowflex-Selec...U58/ref=sr_1_1
Nothing really set in mind except fat burning/arm strength.
Hmm, 5-52 lbs you'll be able to do a lot of shit
I'll throw in my top recommendations and I'm sure others will chime in as well.
Dumbbell bench press is definitely going to be something you can do w/ those dumbbells. You'd need a bench, but if you don't already have one, you can get a cheap one on craigslist. If you're a beginner, the 50s should last you for a bit, and when it becomes easy, you can adjust the bench for incline, which will make it a bit tougher for you.
Curls are obvious; not much to explain there.
You can hit your back really well with dumbbell rows, I definitely recommend
And then for legs, you can do standing calf raises, lunges, and goblet squats (shown in video)
and last recommendation for now from me is going to be the dumbbell overhead press (this is a variation of that)
Started doing my heavy legs and lower back routine for snowboard season. It's brutal.
Fuck the haters. Boarders unite.
I made my move and I'm currently living in Greenville, SC. Found a new lifting gym. Feels good
My first day skiing I successfully went on 2 different black diamonds, went off ramps, and grinded on rails. My first day snowboarding I busted my ass like 10 times and was annoyed I couldn't move both my legs. That's my two cents. Although that new SSX-Type game from ubisoft looks dope.
My American ninja warrior application video is due in less than a month so I've been going hard at the gym even though this is my final school semester and it's been demanding. I've been working on my lats alot too since I've been sick of looking like a plank of wood.
I keep hearing how "shredded" I am which makes me cringe because I want to gain weight (although it may hurt my ninja performance)
Here's last night after a heavy chest workout:

Brah you're mad shredded brah
