Jesus, people.
Jesus people, what? You were the one who posted a dead link...
Already posted in the police thread with full video. Thank god for dash cam and the audio.
I really don't get your need to be overly aggressive. I have neither indicated a hatred for your nor other police.
I only call it as I see it.
But being as that we're on this subject, what do you think would have happened if there was no cam?
It only took three weeks to arrest him![]()
Hearing a ferguson officer was shot within the last 20 mins.
no idea who this is but they've been tweeting about it

Lots of rumors flying around, but this happened RIGHT before a planned protest/march was about to start. Everything is extremely tense at the moment. This comes after a week of incidents with the police leaving a lot of the locals feeling harassed and fed up.
Um, rob the store when you know the cops are busy with usual shenanigans. Duh.
Yup...
I still like you, though.
Seems about right. This was pretty clean cut, but it takes a lot of time to conduct a investigation to make sure everything is air-tight. Check this article out for a bit more info on the process:

I would encourage everyone to read this article to get an idea on the process.
There're still a lot of details that are unclear about what happened. Probably will have to wait until at least tomorrow to find out more.
There's also been an unrelated shooting at an off-duty St. Louis City police officer's unmarked car on the nearby highway, they've shut down a huge stretch of the highway.
A lot of confusion about what's going on. Both are apparently unrelated to stuff going on in Ferguson, as far as anyone can tell. A lot of reports that police were gearing up for riots after the first incident, and other unclear details based off of stuff going over the scanners.
The protest crowds themselves are thinning out now but there's still a lot of tension between protesters and police that will carry over from tonight. Hard to say where things go from here.
UPDATE: Press conference happened at midnight, CDT
Officer was on patrol, stopped to check on the Ferguson community center. When he was walking around the building, he heard a noise and saw two men fleeing from the back door of the center.
He gave chase, and when he got close, one of the two men turned and drew a handgun. The officer blocked the gun with his non-dominant arm and drew his weapon. The suspect fired one round, striking the officer. The officer reported getting several shots off, it is unknown at this time whether or not any of his shots hit.
The officer is at a hospital, and is alert and talking with police (likely Christian Northest, if you want to send flowers or a note), and is expected to survive.
No ID for either suspect at this time. Both are black males, the shooter has dreadlocks.
No ID for the officer, other than he's male.
And those were in direct response to questionable remarks you made.
Wait, how old are you? In your 30s, 40s? Unless you're in your 50s, I ain't a kiddo.
Another standoff between police and protesters tonight. Police have been targeting people to arrest and grabbing them from the crowd.
