Well, needless to say, this shit show of a conference that was used to reveal only inconclusive gunpowder residue and nothing else, while parroting the "no angel" line via the crookedest of the crooked, has only pissed off everyone involved in the movement even more. Both of these murder investigations have more holes in them than the black lives that were taken.

If the distance is what they (the police) say it was, it'll be impossible for GSR to transfer to the body of the deceased if he indeed did not have a weapon. It doesn't cloud and mist like fog. It's heavier than air and the dispersal pattern is much more concentrated before it falls to the ground.

I want to know where the holes are. Dozens of "witnesses" who say he had a sandwich that weren't even in the same area? The intent of the accused was discovered Day One. Kudo's to the media for not immediately releasing it (except Fox News picked up on it immediately and published it no prob), so I'm definitely saying that: Supposed to be on house arrest, already a convicted felon, posed with guns just days before the shooting, a gun recovered on scene that is similar to the ones he's posing with in the pictures, all points towards a guy who didn't want to go back to jail and shot at an officer.

The first statement by the police after Vonderrit was killed was that he was fleeing and he turned around and fired shots while running. After that, it was changed to him jumping from a bush that didn't exist and getting into a scuffle with the cop. The next day the story changed to him falling down after running, then shooting at the cop.

Why is this press conference being delivered by the man fired for falsifying police reports and lost his appeal of said case? Tell me how the fuck is this not going to make people question the integrity of every single detail given by the police, along with the typical assassination of character? This off duty cop was well-beyond his security detail area, attempting to stop and frisk a dude while out of uniform, how is this not looking for trouble?

Why are they selectively releasing GPR report that is completely INCONCLUSIVE? GPR found in every damn pocket and waistband tells me that he was frisked after being gunned-down. Irrelevant data. The conflicting stories of how he was gunned-down means he could have likely been killed at close-range. 17 shots were fired. That press conference did nothing but raise more questions and lose more trust by choosing to have a crooked motherfucker deliver the news, but I'm glad Murdoch News is giving you the full scoop. I bet they tell you all about Roorda and the STLPD's past, since they have plenty of time to fit between Ebolacare headlines.

He filed one bad police report and made a shitty complaint. The police report accusation was never substantiated because of the false complaint against the police chief threw out his credibility, and easily could have been retaliatory due to his complaint against the chief.

In other words: he was fired for bullshit. Obviously, a different set of people knew the IA investigation was BS, so they hired him as the chief of police at a separate jurisdiction. His credibility would have been attacked by his political opponents by now and his ability would have been called to question as a sworn officer. Sounds like an attempt for character assassination to me.

The conspiracy theorist in me says they're doing it to spite and fan the flames on the tinfoil conspiracy theorists who fall victim to clickbait media sources and destroy the credibility of anyone who might have to judge a second case.

Quite brilliant, really. Spread public discourse so no breathing person in America can be an unbiased and impartial juror, get all the cases thrown out legally due to jury tampering.

Yesterday marked a blatant PR smear campaign against the protestors after successfully improving their exposure over the past week. A new mystery witness supporting the unofficial story of Darren Wilson's side using, at best, shaky details was revealed 2 months after the investigation was said to be closed unless it made it to court. Then they release this bullshit victim narrative on a local news article(the Post Dispatch iirc) about how the police are constantly under attack by these rioters and protestors via rocks and slurs. It's like they're advertising the no-indictment at this point.

Other than that, students and protestors are still occupying SLU, only 1 incidence of dumb white kids showing up with like 6 police to yell shit about their upside-down flag and why they hate American. The SLU president has written to all the parents who made bs claims of feeling unsafe/threatened by their occupation, stating the importance of this form of free speech and that they have not disrupted campus activities whatsoever.

Investigation isn't over. It's not until the grand jury is done deliberating. They can order further investigation and scrutiny in to everything about this case.

Also, Darren Wilson's side of the story is official. It's been taken, written down, and will be used against him in a court of law if the Grand Jury decides to indict. The witnesses that have been identified (and those who have kept out of the media circus) will also have their official testimonies ripped apart and scrutinized during the proceedings.

No, only the obvious bricks thrown into their SUV windows by random fuckers the night of VonDerrit's murder. Chief was spewing bullshit that night at the QT about protestors storming the store and that someone threw a baseball-size rock at him. This has been debunked by people who were standing near him that night and the fact that no footage has ever been released to back-up his story. They had a cop filming the entire lot that night.

Undercover ATF agents shoot at vehicle in Ferguson apartment complex

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – St. Louis County police confirm there has been a shooting near the intersection of Ferguson Road and Sharondale. The shooting occurred on Friday afternoon near the Park Ridge apartments.
The Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms say they are investigating a gun store burglary. Witnesses described seeing undercover officers sitting in their cars all day. One man says it appeared officers were waiting for someone.

Just after 3pm the witnesses described ATF agents closing in a blue Chevy. They opened fire as it collided with an unmarked police car. Agents shot at two suspects at the Park Ridge apartments after they said the suspects tried to ram a police vehicle.

Investigators towed the suspect’s Chevy car parked on the grass near the apartments. One person was taken away by a stretcher to the hospital by ambulance. Officer’s told the victim’s mother that he was injured by shattered glass. No word on the condition of the second person in the vehicle.

The Park Ridge Apartments are also the scene of a shooting that occurred just over a week ago. The October 8th shooting happened within a few hundred yards of a state senator.

They're likely going to indict given the political pressure. Then, with the evidence and jury tampering allegations, the defense for Wilson will destroy the prosecutions case and he'll walk.

Ferguson, though. Ferguson is screwed. The federal civil liability case is going to massacre the PR nightmare from the Ferguson Police Chief and St. Louis County/MSHP will be taking the vast majority of the protest violation lawsuits. Captain Superman Johnson will be fired, Ferguson will be disbanded, and the DoJ will be handing out some stiff penalties and changes to the training of Law Enforcement across the country.
