When he was shot to death, he was 15+ feet from the officer, unarmed, and either running away from him or had turned towards him, hands up saying "don't shoot".

The witness says she saw a tussle inside the cop car. Not saying it justifies the killing, but it's not like he had no reason to try and apprehend Brown. Seems more like its a terrible cop and a poor minority both making bad choices.

Right, there was a tussle in the car, then Brown ran and the cop shot him to death. I don't think anyone disputes any of these things.
