whats the source on "all" or "most" witnesses lying? i thought it was "some" or "many"? i havent actually looked for the number or source so this is a legit question. thanks super sleuths.
also this fucking dipstick karbuncle has a lot to learn about racism vs prejudice
You read only what someone else read for you and interpreted. These armchair experts in Grand Jury proceedings know next to nothing about Missouri Law, and apply their policies, procedures, and opinions based off of what they may, or may not have experienced in their courtroom 2-3000 miles away. The other thing? Indicting someone does not mean guilty, boneheads. You would be even more pissed when Wilson was acquitted on all charges at trial.
Neph knows all. He knows that I know that I didn't read those transcripts, only took the word of amateur attorneys and commentators.
Also, you will probably need to consult the neocon networks like the Blaze for just how many witness accounts are considered completely false or contradictory. Please refrain from searching those sites for the erroneous accounts of DW's testimony or the prosecutions many blunders.
I'm sorry, you keep saying this, but you have yet to point out where in the transcripts the justification/evidence for this claim is. Are you referring to, for example, the witness who claimed he saw Michael Brown charging who initially reported to police he was "100 yards, maybe less" away from the encounter who then later testified that he was only "50 to 75 yards away"? Should we discount that testimony because he clearly changed some of the details from his initial account to his final testimony? It was PROVEN that most of the witnesses on the Grand Jury were liars. One of them wasn't even in the city! Hell, Dorian Johnson even recanted his statement that Wilson was the aggressor! Your chart means dick!
It's perplexing to me how people will take authority to be infallible when there are still plenty of unresolved, relevant questions to be asked.
Precisely. He has spouted this opinion, which originates from the mainly conservative sources, so many times, yet it holds about as much weight as DW's life-threatening injury fantasy.
Also, I forgot to note on another thing Neph has brought up again, that this wasn't an actual criminal trial and that double jeopardy doesn't apply here. A special prosecutor can pick this case right up and take it to trial.
Do you have a chart with the responses of all the 64 witnesses? If all the rest of them say he didn't have his hands up, would you change your opinion? All I got from that chart is 1) I had no idea how many people were eye-witnesses to the shooting and 2) we have at least 64 witnesses with 64 different accounts of what actually happened.
Sounds like something that should be cross examined at a trial
Can someone quote where "forensics proved he didn't have his hands up"?
I read most of the summary GJ information. All three of the autopsies were inconclusive on the position of his hands. The forensic report supposes that his hands were either in front of him, to the side partially raised, or in front of his face at different points in the event. There were only 3 reliable corroborating witness testimonies that do anything to shed light on Brown's stance. They say he either turned toward Wilson and stumbled forward or advanced forward. At the point that Brown was stumbling or advancing, Wilson was still closing distance. The final shots were fired with approximately 15 feet between Wilson and Brown.
Because 17 witnesses vs. 2 is a probable cause LANDSLIDE.
Were there really 64 people within witnessing range of this? Even more so with clear unobstructed view?
64 witnesses testifying doesn't mean they were all eyewitnesses. If you call, for example, a medical examiner, or forensics expert, they get numbers too.
What would they charge him with if they took him to trial? Is a civil suit, which he will more then likely lose, not enough for people? I don't think he's "innocent" per say, but I don't feel he's guilty of premeditated murder, which is a stipulation for most if not all the charges they were looking to indict him of.
I think you're a little overstepped here. No one thinks it was premeditated.
I've tried googling many terms, but I can't find specifically what the charges were that were bought to the GJ. Iirc they were all related to murder, one of which was first degree which needs to be premeditated.
Herpderp. No wonder it didn't stick.
Obviously that one wouldn't stick from the get go, but I wish I could remember specifically what the other ones were. Or at the very least, when I google "What charges were bought against Darren Wilson" I'd get something other then what I get lol.
