The real problem with Black people that no one is addressing is that of Black Individualism in the communities. This brings upon a unique crab mentality and brings everyone down in tandem. If anyone wants me to write more indeed on this, I gladly will.

Yes, that would be an event. Here’s the thing. When we talk about race relations in America or racial progress, it’s all nonsense. There are no race relations. White people were crazy. Now they’re not as crazy. To say that black people have made progress would be to say they deserve what happened to them before.

Right. It’s ridiculous.

So, to say Obama is progress is saying that he’s the first black person that is qualified to be president. That’s not black progress. That’s white progress. There’s been black people qualified to be president for hundreds of years. If you saw Tina Turner and Ike having a lovely breakfast over there, would you say their relationship’s improved? Some people would. But a smart person would go, “Oh, he stopped punching her in the face.” It’s not up to her. Ike and Tina Turner’s relationship has nothing to do with Tina Turner. Nothing. It just doesn’t. The question is, you know, my kids are smart, educated, beautiful, polite children. There have been smart, educated, beautiful, polite black children for hundreds of years. The advantage that my children have is that my children are encountering the nicest white people that America has ever produced. Let’s hope America keeps producing nicer white people.

On the topic of racism, don't people know that whites aren't a majority in the world? White privilege is only a thing in the US.

And yet being white comes with certain powers that others are not so fortunate to enjoy. Or in short, privilege. Historical reasons, financial reasons or social reasons all come into play here.

Really, the only place being white comes at significant disadvantage are largely poor communities or certain small sections of the globe where people see white = loaded which could lead to you being black bagged. Or parts of the Middle East where whites make for good execution fodder.

I guess minorities have that one privilege. We are less likely to be snatched up by ISIS for ransom because odds are you're a brokeass not worth the effort lol. Even being beheaded would be less impactful.

If you're just walking down the street, the cops don't know if you're rich (playing "rich or homeless?" was a favorite game of my wife's when she worked in Beverly Hills) but they sure as fuck know if you're black.

I looked exactly the same when I made 25k as I do making 125k. I experience the exact same amount of oppression - none, because I'm still god-tier white.

There's something I've seen a lot of. Some of the other officers in my PSA have stopped whites who wander in to the sections we patrol to tell them to leave because they don't belong there. I know it, they know it, and the people we stop know that. However, is that not biased based policing? I'm under the 100% confidence when I see a white wander in to the area, they did that under their own terms. But, I'm still going to watch out for them and pay attention to them. Is that me just being too cautious, or is that part of biased based policing as well?

That was the second one that day. I don't normally work that area, so I didn't get much info, but apparently people are just coming in and robbing people left and right. Did you know most people that commit crimes in NW and SW aren't actually from DC? Like Redskins fans are sparse in DC, so are the residents committing crimes.
