Can't say for sure. I know that such proceedings are common in terms of prosecution misconduct, especially in high profile cases. It's unusual for a juror to be a complainant in these proceedings. I suppose it depends on whether or not the judge grants the injunction. If they don't, it'll squash the case. The civil investigation in to the misconduct may continue through the ACLU's investigation, but in my opinion, I do not think it will turn in to anything criminal.

The gist of it is, if they can't come up with someone to support the claim, then it'll probably wayside. I'm interested to see if they're going to push for the special prosecutor thing to try to bring up charges against Wilson again.

Government officials are required to list phone numbers and addresses for government listings. These things are normally hidden from public view, until an FOIA request is made and the information is released. So the info is private until it becomes public using an FOIA request. Unfortunate portion to the job. I've had guys actually get my cell phone number before Now I have a throw-away number listed and a PO box.

If you can link any questionable actions to the very people who receive threats on a daily basis as some sort of "karma" thing, then by all means prove me wrong. For now, I will only say that is the flimsiest excuse I have ever heard to write-off what amounts to conspiracy to commit murder or assault on peaceful protestors and the most vocal leaders of this movement.

Ferguson activists and livestreamers are being hunted by "trolls" who want to do real harm to them. This isn't a joke, but it's funny how the majority of these self-proclaimed DW supporters are unabashed neonazis and associate themselves with the LE community, whom has made no real effort to distance themselves from them. In contrast, the Ferguson leaders have aggressively weeded out all the alleged "anarchists", co-opters, profiteers, celebs who contradict their work, and so-called leaders who try to draw plans for the movement behind closed doors.

Except none of these so called "activists" have had harm come to them aside from a few burglaries. Police officers have been shot at and killed because of these social justice warriors. I would feel the nervousness and attitude that everyone is threatening them would be legit, if it was actually happening. It's not. The FBI, the very concept of the people these "activists" are protesting against, arrested most of the violent KKK members who threatened these whiteknights.

None of the "evidence" or any of these social media posts they're posting or trying to prove threats against their lives or safety are what they claim to be. They're reaching for whatever they can grasp to try to exacerbate the situation and draw attention to themselves. However, the acquisition of bomb-making materials, firearms (mostly purchased and obtained by felons mind you), and the threats actually going to the homes and private phone numbers of these, as you described "Darren Wilson supporters" (which I think is funny because the majority of them are Law Enforcement supporters, not Wilson supporters but I guess that doesn't matter to the "movement"), are a VERY real threat.

The "neonazi" community? Didn't I just get done telling you that most of them were arrested by the FBI?

And ignore the fact that no harm has come to the "activists" except what the riots produced. Meanwhile, police officers are getting shot at, attacked, and murdered by people supporting the "activists".

Sorry dude, threats and action are two totally separate things. I'll trust my gut and believe the actions over a couple of threats from some keyboard warriors.
