Pine Lawn mayor accused of more extortion

ST. LOUIS • Pine Lawn Mayor Sylvester Caldwell, indicted last year in federal court on charges that he extorted money from a towing firm, is now accused of extorting a convenience store. From July 31, 2013 through June 11, 2014, Caldwell requested at least four payments from the store totaling $1,000, according to a superseding indictment handed up by a grand jury earlier this month in U.S. District Court in St. Louis.

DOJ/Holder's words are about as useful as a used condom. The Ferguson report is only mildly entertaining, on the same level that TMZ is, expanding on statistics that were already compiled last year.

2 Police Officers Shot Amid Ferguson, Missouri Protests

Gunshots rang out overnight in Ferguson, Missouri, with two police officers shot during a night of protests, the St. Louis County Police Department said.

The shots were reported near the Ferguson Police Department building. The wounded officers are part of the county's police department, and their conditions are not known, authorities said.

Protestor turns violent and every one starts going "nope ain't one of us", lol. Not that I'd blame them all because of one bad apple, but I find it funny that that's the only thing I've read protest leaders comment on.

I tried looking it up, but did he surrender voluntarily or did they have to search and arrest him? The bruisings on his back and shoulder are understandable if they had to manhunt him down, especially if they are doing it with the knowledge that he tried to murder two police officers; never mind the fact that he already had a warrant out for his arrest for skipping probation meetings for 7 months. Dude just made a bunch of terrible decisions with his life.
