My favorite part of this thread is every time Bum has to wave away damage BLM has done to their cause like it's only the minority that support the actions. Also, the hispanic man originally arrested has been released after police determined he was not involved. Two other white men turned themselves into authorities yesterday, so now they are holding 3 white men in custody.

Fighting words aren't protected by the first amendment - what they "yelled/talked" about would definitely matter. Building a case that they planned to shoot up the crowd would definitely be assisted if their "political ideologies" support such action.

alright, if they were threatening them with their lives I understand it's very different, but fighting words can be vulgar, lewd, disrespectful, etc.

I actually agree with this. I meant to outline it in my other post but the prosecutors or whoever will have to prove they went there to shit stir and start a fight. This video just makes it a bit harder on them and could help the defense. But honestly the video is just here say
