I feel as though anyone who starts attacking someone is either defending their lives or a loser who I don't sympathize at all with what happens after he starts a physical altercation. Especially if he were to try and sell some, "oh cmon man it was OBVIOUSLY a fist fight, no need to pull the gun out" when it all started with verbal attacks. These whitey ass crackas may have even intentionally started some shit by slinging racial epithets but being backed into a wall (no means of retreat) by a potential mob of aggression (lethal threat) gives them substantial grounds of lethal self-defense.

A while ago in Reno there was a huge biker brawl in a casino. The cops didn't try to figure out which gang instigated the fight and only arrest them they arrested members of both gangs and held them all responsible.

But... that didn't answer the question, nor does it even allude to an answer in your favor. If I was surrounded by a group of folks from any race I had just called an incredibly offensive racial slur, idk bout you, but I would assume it would be a "Beaten to Death" situation. Lets be honest, they weren't going to bake them cookies or let them off with a stern talking too, shit was going to go down. Now, as I've mentioned, I believe that those 3 men are complete wastes of human life because no matter what color you are, racism is not an okay thing to perpetuate... hating someone is understandable, we all have emotions, we're all human, but hating everyone of a race or say, idk, job or occupation, based on the actions of an incredibly small minority of assholes is plain stupid.

But as a strictly legal standing, they got a strong case for self defense. I may not like the fact that they started this crap because it just gives certain people further justification for their own racist bigotry based on media hype... but I still think I'd be surprised if all three were charged... the one who allegedly wore a Bullet Proof vest? He'll have a real hard time convincing anyone he wasn't there to start shit. Then again in cases like Zimmerman where he pretty made the entire situation bad from beginning to end and still got off...

I'm not saying its cut and dry, I just think the defense here is clear. They may have very well went there with the intention of being surrounded to justify shooting some black folks, I don't doubt that, but it would have to be proven beyond reasonable doubt legally, that will be hard to do.... (again, the guy who allegedly had a BPV on is going to have a much tougher time getting off).
