Well I imagine it's hard to convict on murder when they didn't throw the first punch. Inciting a riot is a given though. Looks like they're doing the smart thing and going for what sticks, and not what people want to call it.

Scarsella's 2nd degree got upgraded to 1st degree after new evidence shows that it was premeditated. That evidence should be made public by next week.

Yes and he's not a white supremacist per say. He belongs to a group of anarchists who accept racists into their ranks. I'll have to search up the article, but I think Vice had done an in-depth look at the group he belongs to.

BLM attempted to shut down the Mall of America again this year, but got shut down themselves by mall security. Not to be outdone, they moved onto the International Airport where riot police shut them down, but they managed to delay two flights by blocking a terminal. Only a handful of arrests made today.

Is there a picture with a Geiger Counter or are we just being lulzy. I know people are really educated on Nuclear Waste and storage and all, so it's understandable that normal idiots could interpret this scenario as being super dangerous, but is there a Geiger Counter.

idk, from what I read, the city/state are not responsible for the material being buried there.

the fire is contained/not moving towards the material.

the containers are capped, so rainwater shouldn't have a significant impact on increasing their exposure beyond the fact that the site is not meant for nuclear waste.

It's a superfund site, so yeah I believe it is federally managed.

That's not to say a governor couldn't exert political pressure to do something if there was a problem, but we're far from it being clear that there is one.

if it were an actual threat i think we would be seeing some super heroes coming out of St Lou and we aren't. all we get is nelly.... nelly
