Hard to tell who is winning tonight, the police tear gassing media and children or all the people patting themselves on the back because Mike Brown took all 6 shots to the front.

And if the cop's incident report doesn't contain "then he charged at me so I had to take him down" he's going to have a bad time. Shot from distance, but after close-quarters fighting, is tough to show him as an imminent threat unless the claim is that he charged.

Is any witness claiming he charged? (links/quotes plz)

Makes less sense imo. Why would he engage him in the car, run away, then try to charge him again?

Meshes much better with the shots then the other testimony that claims he was shot in the back and execution style while on the ground.
