IMO the best thing the police can do to keep this from spiraling out of control is to just refrain from using LRAD / tear gas / bullets. Once it gets to that point it just makes it impossible to control the anger.

VICE stream was OD when those live rounds popped off.

Watching FOX's PoV at the same time, they were with the police. As soon as the live rounds popped off on the VICE stream, about 20 cops mobilized from FOX's PoV and immediately converged in that direction.
