Last I checked actually arresting a person who is under suspicion of a crime is not the same as going to trial and finding a verdict. There is an autopsy that appears support at the very least the fact that he shot someone who had their hands up, which would warrant an arrest. Not a hanging, not a guilty verdict, people just want the person who is accused of a crime to be actually handcuffed, instead of getting paid vacation.

The problem here is that he's a police officer and in his line of duty sometimes lethal force is necessary. Until the investigation proves that lethal force was not necessary he should not be arrested...

Also there are problems with how the justice system is applied to minorities, I don't see how fighting fire with fire is necessarily an answer to that...

Its pretty much standard procedure for people to be arrested before the investigation is over. Because he wears a uniform it should be different for him? Not buying it.
And the point of me mentioning that is the fact that no one cries foul when it happens to anyone else. Its not about fighting fire with fire.
