You make a lot of assumptions with nothing official to back it up other then an autopsy that says he either surrendered or was running at the cop. Why not wait to see how the investigation concludes?

At this point I don't even want the other two autopsies as much as I want to know if the gun was discharged in the cop car during the tussle. That alone will tell much.

Didn't they already say no gunshot residue on the kid? If true, it doesn't matter if it went off in the car. What matters is whether or not Brown was close if it did.

Autopsy said unlikely, but he needed the clothes and car to be sure which he didn't have. But I mean, a bullet hole in the car speaks a thousand words. And since its basically the second most important part to the cops story, I think it'll be one of the first things addressed whenever they get around to releasing the reports.
