It doesn't matter who is doing the criticising. If the point is valid, then it is wholly irrelevant if your best interests are backing their criticism of you. The truth of the matter exists totally independent of the fucking status of the person or entity issuing the criticism.

What's more sad now than these cops acting up is the over-deluge of media now in the area, constantly waiting on shit to go down. They could pare it back some now that there are less people protesting in the area. It only pushes the problem more with them hanging around like that.

Unfortunately the media circus is a necessary evil. Without the media there, even worse shit would be going down. The documented behavior of that police force when not in the presence of cameras is absolutely appalling. It's a farce and frankly I don't understand why they are being allowed to trample upon people's rights in the name of a few hooligans.
