Kind of a joke, but nicely answers all three questions. Only kind of because the cost in lives is too high for any such revolution to take place. The efforts it would take to make our government and enforcement officials respect the populace they're supposed to be policing would simply be put down with lethal force.

There's really no paper trail at all, unless they want to get held in contempt of court or something. They were lawfully subpoenaed for all documentation, and they either provided it, or they're doing something illegal.

Seriously, some people might get wrist slaps at the end of all this but I doubt anything will actually get done. Give it 12 more days and even this will die down after the funeral for Brown. Ive got nothing but FB posts about how Brown has a prior arrest record for whatever and whatever. Attack the character. Smear his life to justify how he died. This is the reality of this nation. If someone wants to hate you, they'll find a way. If someone wants to hate people like you, they'll find a way. Nevermind the skeletons in their own life, or in their family's life. Nah, lets pretend that a paraphernalia charge means a guy deserves to get shot up by cops who can't even compile an incident report and demonize anyone who remains suspicious.

A prior arrest record? Fuck him! No one makes mistakes and gets away with them. Curious to what the arrest was far, as i'm just now reading through most of this thread and shit. If it was for anything other then murder or violent assault, when who the fuck cares, and even if it was WHO THE FUCK CARES. It's not like the cop shot him because of the past record that he didn't even know about.

No one says "human nature" more than I do on the whole, but in this situation, I don't care about the world. I care about my country, as its where I live. These are people I grew up with espousing these views. You never really know people, I guess.

Do we know what gun he was using, how big of a clip it has? Given the multiple witnesses saying gunshot in the car, then shooting at him as he fled, then shooting him 6 times when he turned around (plus how many ever times he missed) I'm going to guess he did in fact empty the clip. I mean, this is hugely important, right? The number of bullets fired? If his clip was empty, he'd have to say that minus the shot in the car that he fired every bullet after Brown "charged" him, as opposed to trying to gun him down while he was running away, right?
