Because the majority 63% black community of Ferguson, who are still completely pissed off (and I dont blame them), obviously none of them would not seek retribution towards the store owner for snitching like that...not at all. Even if theres a lack of physical retribution towards him or his store, he might as well shut his store down and move, cause its hard to run a business with no customers.

and before Kohan comes in here and calls me racist for singling out the black community, I can all but assure you that if he changed his story, not one of those 63% of the population would set foot in his store as a customer, and alienating yourself from 2/3 of your potential customers is a very bad business decision. From what I have come to understand, these sorts of interactions aren't unusual. We don't have audio, so we can't make any real judgment.

What I'm tired of is people making the judgment that he assaulted a man and a cop based off what they've heard in the news and not off of evidence.

I just had someone argue with me right now that the eyewitness testimony in the background that said "ah he rushed da cop and got shot" is so much more reliable than the others who said otherwise, simply because it agrees with the cop.

Testimony that agrees with a cops testimony generally is more reliable though... Unless you go full retard and claim the dude on the video is actually an undercover cop or paid by the police to lie. The only reason that testimony isn't more important then other testimony right now is because there is no official testimony from the cop.

People on both sides are ignoring evidence though, and that is frustrating to see. There's a lot of questions that wont be answered until the grand jury decides what to do. When the cop actually gave a testimony, his medical records, full report on ballistics/autopsy, all witness testimony, etc... Basically at this point in time taking a stance either way is pretty fucking stupid.

Then if it doesn't go in whichever direction people were entrenched they'll either blame the cops for rigging the evidence or claim Wilson is just a martyr to quell any future riots. So yeah, a lose-lose in either case.
