And it's hard to imagine those 6 could just be ones who weren't racists and could be collateral damage of the ones who were?

I wonder how many white kids got fingerprinted. Arent white people mostly kidnapped?
It seems to me like Ferguson is trying to get out there and do something about their negative image. People aren't happy with that, so they're going to keep pushing them down.
Just like a lot of problems that exist nowadays, no one will ever forgive the atrocities of the past. Notice how I said forgive, and not forgive and forget? No, you should never forget, but you should forgive. If you don't, nothing changes.
i think the issue isn't so much "waaah this is just a PR move" as it is "how about instead of wasting your time on this bullshit you stop being a terrible department?"
This helps them be less of a terrible department; it also gets them out there to show children that you don't have to be afraid of cops. And, it gives parents some piece of mind knowing that if their child one day went missing or was kidnapped that there is a database with their bio metrics that would help them identify the child wherever they are in the country.
This is 100% good, 0% bad. Any attempt to spin it otherwise is just terrible.
or... *and im 100% trolling here*
they are getting all the nigglets registered and processed so they are in the crime data bases now. That way when rahqeem and la-sha convert to Islam the hellfire missles already on its way from ferg PD since that surplus better go to the war on terror and cant take any chances when it comes to the darkys getting angry.
I want to live in that naive little bubble that.....actually, the fuck if I do. I'll eat crow if somehow this little PR stunt is actually proven to be scheduled before they hired their team of corporate asswipers.
I don't think the prints go into the criminal database.
They don't care. It's another system to "get us". All intentions by any PD anywhere is hostile and racist, regardless of intentions. It'll never go away, so long as people are willing to open wounds and continue to distrust everyone and everything because they don't believe it'll ever get better. Nothing anyone can do will change it. Almost like they've given up on the country.
Why aren't they photographing white kids being fingerprinted? It's a pretty simple question.
There aren't any in that particular neighborhood? Possibly?
(I don't know, but that's the easiest and probably most likely answer.)
I'm not sure exactly what that sentence means. Try English.
But I know that if you go to certain neighborhoods around here, you'd be hard-pressed to find people who aren't <insert race>. A lot of cities are still very segregated. If they were in a certain area of town (say, a particular apartment complex), there might not be any white kids living there. This isn't racism - it's sad, but it's not racism in and of itself. (The reasons they are all living together in that area may be based upon institutionalized racism, but that's another animal entirely.) By stating something observational about an area, that's not inherently racist. It's just a statement of fact.
Trying English~
The notion that there's not a SINGLE non black person in *insert anywhere* is stupid not racist just dumb. A better answer would have been i dont know " Maybe they only took pictures for 5 mins and were trying to aim for the black community with the PR".
What i was getting at was your views on race are misguided at worse, and illogical at best and most times i see you post about it i just face-palm. I dont in anyway think your racist just racially retarded with what you post.
Except I used to work with law enforcement (dispatch) and some of the neighborhoods around here literally have no white people. Same as the small town I grew up in literally has no black people.
Maybe it isn't that way in Ferguson, but as I've experienced neighborhoods without a single white person, it isn't a far stretch to say that it might be the case there, as well.
I don't honestly know why the need to hyper-analyze these photos anyway.
you do know its more then blacks and whites right?
Yes, I do. But the question posed was about the lack of white people (having been photographed). And I merely pointed out that I have been to neighborhoods where there aren't any. That is all I was trying to say.
