Hey guys,

From the What do you want on BG? thread, I've always wanted a BG Chat app that I can use on my phone. This would have been really helpful when I was in EVO 2014 a month ago, where I had to remote desktop to my PC and launch my browser to chat with my BG Chat buddies.

Thanks to Ragns, I've created the BG Chat app on Android! You can test it out from my BG Box: (My beta builds will get uploaded here from time to time)

You can pretty much do everything from the flash version of BG Chat here:

• Log in (and remember login details - passwords are encrypted with randomized key)
• Click on URLs and go directly to Chrome
• See new thread/posts notifications and connect to Tapatalk app
• Shoryuken (as well as additional words) on mentions
• Vibrate on mentions
• Multitasking! Go do something else on Android and come back without getting disconnected
• additional commands like /random /who /topic
• Kappa faces!

My To Do list:

• Android notifications when "shoryuken'd" when chat is in background
• Option to disable shoryuken/vibrate when chat is in background (after the first two above are implemented

Please try it out, and let me know if anything is broken. Any suggestions are also welcome!

No error messages when you mistype your long ass password.
Admins and mods can't chat outside of their own secret channel.

Fixed - stuck in mod channel
Fixed - login error not showing error dialog
Fixed - if mistyped password, the corrected password wouldn't be saved correctly

- Log in dialog box now within chat (no more splash screen for log in)
- Added option to auto-reconnect (doesn't work when kicked)
- Revamped notification to show errors/logged in
- Added option to disable autoscroll so it won't scroll down when you're trying to read the archive
