A new analysis by PunditFact found that of every statement made by a Fox News host or guest, over half of them were flat-out false. What’s more, only a measly 8% could be considered completely “true.”

In other words, a fancy review of hundreds of hours of video confirmed what many who watch Fox News with any regularity already know: Fox News lies. A lot. Like all the time.

I saw it for the first time yesterday and thought people would get a kick out of it here.

The CNN part was actually surprising, but that could be because they spend ten hours trying to discuss plane colors rather than the actual news.

Isn't Fox legally not representing itself as a news organization? I have a faint memory from that old documentary "Out-foxed", which mentioned how they can't be sued for blatant lying or fabrication of stories because they are considered an entertainment channel.

Both extremes are equally bandwagons people jump on so they don't have to do any thinking for themselves. Mindless witch hunts sound like something Fox News viewers would love, except in the case of Social Justice Warriors the witch hunts are for people who dare say anything that may even remotely mildly offend them and their special snowflake sensitivities

Michael Bloomberg is indeed liberal, but it doesn't permeate his eponymous news agency imo. They also have the highest journalistic standards of any U.S. news agency; they will never report something unless it is extremely well-corroborated. It's probably due to their particular focus on finance where incorrect information can cause immediate and substantial damage to companies and investors.
