Went I transfered my SD to my micro SD, my PC said i had 14gig used

(MH4U is about 2.7gig) and Zelda MM is 667MB

So yeah 32 is the best and cheap if you go digital

I have the exact same card that Rata has, bought on his and Krandor's suggestion. The one you linked is definitely going to work (and funnily enough is one of the officially tested and approved cards) but I have no idea if it takes advantage of the speed or not. I would be very very surprised if the n3DS can take advantage of speeds over 42~48. It seems likely that the next revision down the line might, so... I suppose you could take that into consideration.

Oh and you can use microSD cards larger than 32, but since they are likely going to be SDXC you will need to format them from exFAT to FAT32 and that could require a 3rd party formatting tool. Easy, not super quick, but easy to do if you really want to cram tons of digital titles on your n3DS.

Personally though, I'd rather pay 15-17 for a 32GB card with an adapter, transfer my current SD card contents to it and have one less thing to worry about this next weekend (which is what I have done).

You can format cards over 32 to FAT32 without any extra programs, but it's requires some command line knowledge and takes a million years because you can't quick format.

FYI, Target has started getting MM special editions in store now. My store has received 2 so far (couple of Super Targets nearby have 5), and they will be first come first served...

However they may or may not be eligible for the "Pay Online Pick Up in Store" option from target.com, if they are then you could presumably reserve one Friday morning using that method. The biggest problem with this is even if you are able to submit an order it is still possible for the store's workers to cancel it since they are limited edition items.
