In reality there's no telling which will release first because of the strike, though Blade getting pushed to 2025 isn't a great sign.

I think Deadpool 3 will be out first almost certainly. It is mid filming whereas Blade can't even complete it's script

According to an insider with knowledge, getting “Blade” right is much more important than getting the film out. The pressure to produce as much content as possible has been lifted and the studio is now looking to release just two films per year, which gives the team at Marvel Studios some breathing room.

I wonder if Reynolds will get any traction with getting Snipes a Logan-esque movie. I dunno what kinda backlash there'd be to sign another big actor, tease them for 5~ years, then drop the ball like they've done.
