Better than I was expecting tbh, but still not what I could have done.
I'm happy with my workouts. I got out of a rut that was going on for months since my multiple injuries. My lifts are almost back where they were and I feel like I can progress from here. I was at a huge standstill at fossil and in the past week I have increased it dramatically (was stuck on 1 lap for months; well 3 (1 lap warmup, 1 lap full stations, 1 lap cooldown + bonus stations) but added a 2nd full lap station within the last week; and now it's going to be the new standard.
That said, my eating was consistently horrible, super disappointed in that. I feel if I was better on my eating and picked up on fossil earlier than the last week, I would have had much better results. Pretty ashamed of my lack of self control throughout this, but will be able to take these last few weeks and go further with it, so at least I'm getting something out of it. That, and only missing 4 days of fossil since May first, is the most number of runs I've done in this kind of time period ever (before I was doing 2-3x a week tops to this point aside from a 21 day marathon last competition); and the 4 days I missed were all because I was out of town (and I did doubles on other days to make up for them)
Anyways,

And the last 2 pics show a huge problem of what it looks like when your arms aren't the same length (Notice right lat); when you have one arm 1.5-2 inches longer than the other, that extra range of motion adds up over a period of thousands of reps. Same thing w/ my chest (Right pec is larger since when I lock out on bench, right arm gets that extra range of motion)
One thing I am proud of this time around is if you look at the 2 back flex pictures, you can tell my shoulder work has paid off. Been putting a lot of emphasis on shoulder workouts during this competition since I never really had strong delts
