I don't have any proof I can give really, sorry. At this point though, would it surprise you? It was from a key for what it's worth, apparently they have a different special dial pool than the typical special dial.

To answer your question though, it's mostly useless where endgame is concerned now, it's simply a...very fun toy. Whether it's still worth 80M well, that is up to you really. The supply is very low, sellers can pretty much sell for whatever people would be willing to pay, assuming they're happy with what the buyer offers.

Might be able to make use of it on RNG on trash mobs in some endgame and some low-tier content, but other than that, it's a very rare, very expensive, very fun toy.
