For NMs, are people going with multiple stunners? I'm finding that 9 second stun recast is barely insufficient to solo stun.
Ya if you wanna have buffs last and people not having amnesia on you need 2 stunners. Sometimes they re-ws right after a stun. Having 2 good DRKs makes it very comfortable.
Has anyone bothered with a more defensive strategy? It seems like geo or indi wilt drops the attack to the minimum ratio. Any trouble I've seen that really slows things down is stunner missing something that one shots a DD. I hate relying on stunners for an event.
we've tried using geo spells that lowers attk and m.acc. wilt produces a noticeable result, but really as the whm i'm usually not pressured by the amount of damage DDs take (except the warrior/mega on mighty strikes), but rather the additional effects of the tp moves, which is why we also tried to use bubbles that reduce m.acc; unfortunately, that didn't produce too significant a result, in that maybe 1 DD out of 5 would resist the additional effect of def. down, curse, amnesia, or the like. we have a great sch stunner so it's just easier for us to rely on stunners. this is on 131-132 btw.

Still though, even if not all status debuffs are resisted, it's better than nothing. Depending on how fast the erases go out and if your whm has a mythic, having a DD not get saddled with bind or attack down and have their DPS suffer as a result can make a difference.
Or just stick a BLU in the party and have them spam Winds of Promyvion. Problem solved!
well it depends on the gear your DD wears too, useing non ilvl gear is counterproductiv with indi/geo-vex or wearing something like Mes. Haubergeon. of course not everythign gets resisted, but stuff like para/slow/curse/bind/plague etc. will get resisted often, while stuff like def. atk. down amnesia, stat down etc. wont get resist most likely. However if you have 2 dedicated stunner for stuff like you say, then there really is no need for vex at all.
Did some 129's today and found Baramnesia helped resist the Amnesia effect from Tryl's Jungle Wallop the 2-3 times it got off unstunned; was surprised. Was definitely 129, shut up -_-
How many chests max are people getting 130+? Do grand chests become forced? Noticed like for example in 128, mobs drop up to 6 coffers but can be 6NQ, or 4NQ/2HQ, or 5NQ/1HQ, but I wonder if at higher levels, HQs stop sharing slots with NQ and get their own slots.

Seems so. Asura is 138. Also I can't wait for ilvl128 gear to be released so we can solo Incursion. Also if you have a scroll but a scroll drops do you get gil? I stuffed Haste II, Distract II, Flurry II, both NIN spells, Indi-Haste, Frazzle II, Crusade and Distract II as well as every piece of equipment the NMs drop in my mog safe and like 70% of my NM coffers and grand nm coffers just give gil now. =\
I've never "gotten nothing" from a coffer but it is disappointing opening 4 grand gramsk-droog coffers and getting gil in all of them...
so you have every item that the coffer can drop in your safe and are surprised to find that it isn't dropping those items anymore?
