The best part about your post is that the tickets haven't been this cheap in Vancouver for YEARS lol. But if you're looking on the Canucks' website then yeah, they'll be priced waaaaaaaay high.

Check out stubhub or even Craigslist. Can probably find some cheap tickets on there. But yeah, looking on the prices that are already listed, those are WAAAY cheaper compared to even this time last year.

As a student I can go to a Bolts game on student rush prices. Just have to show up 30 minutes before puck drop, show my valid student ID, and get best available tickets for $20. Better believe I am going to be abusing the shit out of that.

That's ridiculous, lol. I could get tickets to see the Vancouver Giants (a WHL team) for about $20 here. And if I remember correctly, even seeing the Abbotsford Heat (Calgary's former AHL team that was just outside of Vancouver), tickets were around $30. Not to mention the price of gas having to drive to fucking Abbotsford for a 2-hour round trip lol

I used Penguins Student Rush a lot in HS and first couple years of college before they became back to back SCF participants. Then it became "4 games a season, $25 instead of 30, and you have to camp outside ALL DAY for back row of top section seats"
