I got to about here before I completely fucking lost my shit and had to take a break from laughing so hard.

I never played Witcher 1 or 2 and I'm only a dozen hours or so into Witcher 3 and I can see how incredibly wrong this is. It's just like the writer goes onto to say, Geralt does indeed show emotions. He does laugh, he can't physically cry due to his mutations but it's obvious he's in great emotional distress, he expresses huge amounts of grief, fear, sadness, and vulnerability regardless of your personal choices in the game. To claim any of this is to literally have not played the game at all. Within the first hour of gameplay of witcher 3 you find out about ciri missing, his heartache at having lost Yen, and so much more feelings and emotions.

He's one of the few people out there who writes anything worth a damn. I haven't read this one yet and I'm not sure I will because I've stopped caring about what Anita has to say about anything since the analysis of nearly everything she talks about is so poor (with regard to video games at least) because neither she nor Jonny-boy actually play these video games. Kinda hard to go in-depth or be accurate when you're pulling shit out of your ass, eh?
