If yours does die, just know it can't be much worse than a friend of mine's that is literally full of Thavs right now and has a decent possibility to die before servers go up.

Funny story, some guy in a linkshell I'm in went away for a couple days with 8 Thav Onions in their FC garden. Nobody watered them and they all died.

Well all they've done so far is verify that everyone on the various websites they stream to can see the video/hear the audio, and then say that they'll do their thing at 3:15 JST. Beyond that as others have said the patch notes will be out in English shortly so I doubt anyone will bother translating them.

An additional attribute has been added to all PvP gear to make up for disparities in equipment strength outside of PvP areas.
* The added attribute varies by item.

The drop rate for Mirror of the Whorl has been increased.
The drop rate for the following Extreme primal battle rewards has been increased:
Nightmare Whistle / Aithon Whistle / Xanthos Whistle / Gullfaxi Whistle / Enbarr Whistle / Markab Whistle

New items are available for purchase from Rianne in Uldah – Steps of Nald (X:9 Y:9).

Two new fishing holes have been added in Eastern La Noscea.

The following issues have been addressed.
An issue wherein elemental damage sustained by pets was calculated incorrectly.
An issue wherein the pugilist action Demolish dealｔ damage over time even when the initial attack missed.
An issue in the Navel (Hard) wherein the granite gaols behaved incorrectly under certain conditions.
An issue wherein dismounting from a draught chocobo under certain conditions caused the animation to display incorrectly.
An issue wherein the duty status window failed to notify players that sufficient members had been assembled after registering for a Wolves’ Den or Frontline match via the Duty Finder.
An issue wherein the rested bonus displayed incorrectly under certain conditions.
An issue wherein selecting the Item Comparison option from the subcommand menu of an item on the Market Board caused the window to display incorrectly under certain conditions.
An issue wherein the text command /sit did not appear in the auto-translation dictionary.
An issue wherein minibosses followed players outside of locked areas in instanced dungeons.
An issue in the main scenario quest Crazy Enough to Work wherein it was impossible to progress under certain conditions.
An issue in the Praetorium wherein it was impossible to progress in the boss battle against the Ultima Weapon under certain conditions.
An issue with armorer tradecraft leves wherein it was impossible to progress under certain conditions.
An issue wherein performing certain actions with the crafting log open made it impossible to progress.
An issue wherein it was impossible to progress after examining another character to view the character information window under certain conditions.

Other various issues have also been addressed.

We have confirmed an issue wherein the job quest Master and Student is unable to be progressed under certain conditions.
We have confirmed an issue wherein the Calamity salvager in each city sometimes does not have the lunar summer tanga available for purchase.
We have confirmed an issue wherein certain Rogue / Ninja skills do not appear in the auto-translator. (PlayStation®3／PlayStation®4 versions)
We have confirmed an issue wherein the graphic for Ifrit’s Hellfire in The Bowl of Embers (Extreme) sometimes does not appear correctly.
We have confirmed an issue wherein under certain conditions the graphics for monsters in The Final Coil of Bahamut – Turn 1 sometimes does not appear correctly.
We have confirmed an issue wherein the skill Triclip used by certain monsters within The Sunken Temple of Qarn (Hard) does not display the correct area of effect.

Was kind of hoping for a cap raise, guess it'll be no change to 3.0 the way its going ;/

Sp, I know crafting recipes were already released and a lot of shit got bought up then, but other than that, what else should I scoop up as soon as the servers open?

They had a pic in prelim notes of xxxxx/55000 GC seal cap that they removed, the pic in Full notes has the 50000 cap as it is now.

atma rate up 5x ... friend translating for me so cant verify info 100%

STR determines magic dmg
DEX determines physical atk dmg

cant hotbar doton, suiton and the likes. as you cast ninjitsu, some confirmation menu pops up. translation was confusing.

edit: Made a new thread with Full Release patch notes for continued discussion
