"Home Theater in a Box" for ps4 integration

Hello BG,

Can anyone give me a recommendation for a home theater in a box to integrate with my ps4.

Budget would prefer to keep it under 350.00
would prefer wireless speakers if possible.
5.1 dolby is fine...

either HDMI or Optical audio from PS4 is OK, as I currently have HDMI going from PS4 direct to my TV.

not sure what else to include.. ><
