Good DPS food for leveling 60-70? BRD
It's leveling, who cares? Grab some cheap garbage from an NPC, or trawl the markets for whatever for the +3% exp bonus. If it didn't have that, I wouldn't even suggest using food at all.
Raisins? Anything just for the +exp% really. If you want stats though grilled turban from the culinarian NPC in kugane should do the job.
What's the gathering requirement to fill the fishing log currently? Got all up to date HQ gear but I'm probably gonna need to meld it more, I just need to know how much.
Bonus question: what do people do for anima weapon light nowadays? Got like 3 weapons stuck on that step, what's the fastest way to get it done?
I think it's still A9S, sometimes A1S. if you wanna run solo you can do brayflox hard or haukke manor hard when they have a bonus
Level50 content works for anima?
You can run certain level 50 dungeons for HW light (I think Brayflox hard was maybe the fastest one?), they added that in some update to make it easier maybe. A9S was definitely the fastest way when I was working on those relics though. As long as you can get a group that can do enough dps to not get double scraplined, doesn't require that much group dps, but you never really know what you're getting sometimes in pugs. >.>
Cool, thanks. I'll try some of these.
As for gathering, I just melded my gear up to 1300. Hope that's enough for tough fishies now XD
Question, the i360 Augmented resistance token weapons.... what can I do with them if I've upgraded to the i390 ones? >_>
Thinking I am gonna resub this weekend for catching up. I left off the main story last, I think, on Prelude In Violet. I believe that would leave me one main scenario update to play through (another coming at the end of March/beginning of April I think), the conclusion to the Ivalice raid storyline, the Seiryu fight, and pretty much all of Eureka because I never started it. I think that will keep me busy for at least a month.
Lame but makes sense. Luckily the new round of weapons on my server is only like 250k per weapon so super cheap.
Yeah I got an alt on the Exodus server and after hitting SB I used the gil I made by selling gear rewards from the MSQ to buy a i380 weapon and ring for cheap. Rocking Lost Allagan on her otherwise thanks to Centurio Seals.
It's actually really nice that the tokens are universal. Taking old crafted raid-prog gear and turning it (eventually w/ tomes) into an i390 set for another role you don't play as frequently. It's one of the few additions they made with Stormblood that's much appreciated, although I wish they'd do something about layered menu nonsense. Having to pick between DoW1/DoW2/DoM. Just make them role buttons within the item list window like guildleves already have for classes.
A lot of the NPC menus in Stormblood have gotten extremely bloated.
My big complain is they did the raid token exchange in idyllshire right and then fucked it up in stormblood.
Not only that, but this game features the most boring NPC shops ever. Each town/settlement essentially only has 1 guy that sells everything and it's the blandest shop ever with it just being the level relevant (depending on area) of each job, more or less.
If only they can somehow make shops interesting like in WoW.
edit: maybe making shops interesting is the wrong word ... make items interesting, which we know will probably not happen in SB2
interim gear vendors only exist for their own sake. Nobody uses them because NQ craftables are awful, but it would be peculiar for them not to be available from some sort of NPC
