No they just don't want to do behemoth because it's supposedly has a high Brazilian pop.

These guys want a populated server because of how scared wow has made them. I shouldn't have left Gilgamesh but it would be hard to play with them if I didn't. At least if they go Levi I can world visit or whatever it's called.

Them going to preferred on Crystal actually worries me because I don't want to do stuff with them while they have a XP buff, so Levi or Hyperion or whatever in primal still prob best.

The EXP buff is kind of a dumb thing to be worried about since group content is capped to an intended level by default.

The only possible difference one may discern is overgearing, but with the Ironworks/Shire/etc. gear being story locked, overleveling will still probably have people wearing those sets to save gil since 2-3 levels of a crafted alternative isn't really "worth it" unless you're trying to be a wall-to-wall tank. Stormblood is a bit better here since they give out HQ gear as quest rewards, but most of it is still going to be AH fodder until 67 or so.

Assuming the real pain in the ass will be you guys doing content together without skipping ahead if you're shooting for a first-timer shared reaction vibe. In my experience, there always seems to be someone who cheats here. So, uh, good luck with that.

Yeah that is true. I was thinking of just grabbing a stabilizer and going in and feigning ignorance. Though with my luck the instance I got in was just doing NM farming.

My dudes I'm having a blast just doing quests and dungeons idk why.

Started leveling my ninja from 34 got it it to 52 through roulettes nin quests hunt log and highest level dungeons. Popped over to my 62drg to see how it felt in comparison and omg it's so much fun why did I stop playing? Doing MSQ and didn't realize I was like 2 quests from being done with heavenward and started storm blood. 65 now will prob finish MSQ on drg and into EW then maybe boost some DPS I don't wanna level like smn, then dungeon spam my war and whm.

Game has changed drastically since I last played, so much better.

Only sad thing is I think I wasted a fantasia, not sure I love my cats face as much as the old one. Do you get any more free ones from the story or playing or vet rewards? That's how I got this one I thought.

Nope. They stopped with Veteran Awards after a certain time. I can't remember the full time but it's either after the Firion/Squall/Zidane gear sets

Gais, I am dumb. I cannot for the life of me figure out how this "plus" rule works. Seriously, I've reread the info on it half a dozen times and whenever I do it or it happens to me I never see it coming. How did I manage this?

If the numbers add up to be the same, in this case 9 between the 5+4 and the 6+3, they'll flip. And since the Y'shtola is weaker than the one above, she gets flipped, too. Similarly, if you wanted the Gilgamesh to flip, the 3 on the left would need to be an 8 to also get 9.

Basically, it's not really a rule I could say you can plan around easily and will fuck you over handily when it happens.

If I change my character name, will I have to add everyone back to my f.list? Or will the game just swap my name on their list to the new one?
