Walker is facerolling Mary Burke so far in Wisconsin, fuck my life.
It's been called. Walker is so awful, how the fuck does that happen?
Oh thank god, Warner's slipping ahead.
ABC is calling Kansas to Roberts. It's ovah.
Orman has a good chance at winning a seat over Roberts, and then you see that Western KS hasn't been counted (37% in and mostly eastern Kansans). How so many people can vote against their own interests astounds me.
ugh fuck walker. how is MN doing?
Man, this state will never live it down if Brownback gets re-elected. Even his own party wants him gone and yet he's neck and neck because dumb people can't think outside of what party the candidate belongs to.
Voters voting based almost exclusively on attack ads will continue to deliver lots of "seriously, wtf?" moments.
Never mind that I fucked up your entire education system, did you know three months ago your candidate voted to raise taxes?????
I watch pretty much one TV show regularly and all the rest of my time is spent with Netflix, so I was blissfully unaware of most of that bullshit this season. God, it was great.
Paul LePage and Sam Brownback are both ahead.
If those two clowns both get reelected, well, holy fucking lulzy campaigning, democrats.
Aks, the data from Portland and Salt Lake City both say that adding lightrail does nothing to reduce traffic density. 29 years of light rail in Portland has done even worse than that though. It has made density problems worse. The intersection delays and street space taken by lightrail is not justified by the ridership numbers. If I had it to do over again, I would vote against lightrail and increased public transportation budgets in favor of road upgrades and infrastructure expansion.
I don't like how that sounds.
More than anything, I want light rail for the state, not just the county. I want to be able to park my car and ride to fucking Orlando (and yes that means Disney and Universal). It's not that I mind making the drive, but Jesus I would use the shit out of that, and I don't know why it was rejected the first time around - though I believe that was vetoed by the governor and not the people.
Florida is pretty tourist heav . Your think it'd be a good idea for those that fly in and can rail their way to major attraction .
I'd think it'd be amazing for tourism if you could get blazed at Epcot but what the fuck do I know.
Republicans take IA.
+6 means republicans have won the senate majority!
remember 2008 when people were predicting the extinction of the Republican party
So, anyone want to make predictions on how long until we get impeachment talk and/or another government shutdown?
