I'm surprised at all the complaints about Cerb lol, in my runs people not paying attention in Cloud of Darkness is more of an issue.

I always make sure i get the back circles because no one ever seems to get them! God damnit.

Its what I've seen/heard around Reddit since people usually link to that. I can say from experience I don't think i've noticed more than 8 people in the stomach at a time, and Cerberus does have a "Is full" or "had his fill" message after so many get eatern... But I can't confirm if its 8 or not.

I'll check it out next time I go and try to count heads.

That's pretty dumb, literally everyone would have to slow DPS just for him to keep hate. If I'm running any of CT on WAR then I'm gonna be tanking every time because I'm gonna take hate off 95% of the tanks in DF if I don't. Some guy asked to MT Xande a few days ago and I literally took hate off him using Storm's Eye and Path with defiance off. I'm all for letting people do what they wanna do but I also wanna get the fuck outta there as soon as possible and if I have to essentially afk on a boss just to let other people do their thing then I'm sure as fuck not partaking. Shit, I ran ST on my NIN the other day and tanked the two first bosses just because my friend on PLD wanted to be lazy and the other 2 tanks couldn't keep hate off me (luckily I was queued with the 2 healers so they didn't mind babysitting me!). Hit my first 3k Sneak Attack though so it was worth.

and also, aside from world of darkness, which obviously first timers will automatically stand aside and ask for someone to tank, Labyrinth and syrus is pretty much in braindead mode and just playing with 3 fingers while you dual box another char or watching a movie to even care if the MT is MTing or not

if your saying what you experienced in labyrinth and syrus, then wow, you guys are too serious or fucked up

i dont even care if i hit 3k sneak attack or not in syrus/labyrinth

i dual box that 2 CT instances x2 times on all 4 chars for weekly clear

first timers in syrus and labyrinth is just being loved because of the 100 soldiery. dont think anyone gives a fuck even if it takes 1 min more per boss, that soldiery will forgive them

Running dungeons for zodiac dungeon atma has turned me into the biggest cynical douche. I seriously have so little patience for people who can't do their job anymore.

I had a blm who would only use thunder 1, fire 1 and blizzard 1 who didn't know what transpose was. This was while running lost city of amdapor. His reason for using low level spells was that he wouldn't run into MP issues as quick.

Then I had a WHM who only used medica 2 and holy in their rotation and kept letting people die.

Also genuinely surprised at how many new people I've been getting. Like 70% or so of my dungeons get soldiery bonus.

And of course, the dungeons I actually wanted to grind for glamour gear I go 1/1 on.

Also, seriously seen too many fucking DRGs who do didn't use any part of CT combo whatsoever. Fuck these people who don't know their job.

I hear you, vrumpt. I'm becoming angry in general when I run dungeons for ki, and I feel like I shouldn't be. I went 1/20 on AV, and it was only bearable when I had friends to SR it with (last 5 runs). I'm currently 0/26 on brayflox. AV easily felt like the worst waste of time in this game since I don't even get soldiery or anything. I went 1/4 on DD thankfully.

I've just been making spiritbond sets and queuing as mnk and not giving a shit on these last few dungeons I have.

To be fair, I'm trying to learn drg and I can see why people dont do CT combo on 3-packs. Like, its not good to not do it, and not doing heavy thrust is straight up wrong - but I can definitely see how they dont do it if the monster dies in 6-8 gcd.

The rotation reborn thread does give you numbers that prove what rotations are optimal on 3-packs in dungeons...but does the average drg visit internet forums to better their gameplay?

Yeah that I get, but it's on bigger mobs and bosses too. Sort of stands out when the boss is dying slowly and the drg just stays in the same spot going 1-2-3 1-2-3

Sometimes I really wish this game had something like genkei 5 maat fight to filter out people. Although those leaked loading screen tips should help a lot too and won't be quite as draconian on players lol.

I actually started tallying what drops I see versus what drops I might actually want. Then I stopped because it was too depressing to see things reach double digits.

Suffice to say WoD's RNG bears an extreme hatred of me personally.
