FFXIV Random Complaint Thread II: DPS can't count to potato

Farming dungeon atma for my zodiac has made me leave groups mid-run with increasing frequency. Why the hell are people so fucking bad gdi? It's not the brand new player or the barely-made-ilevel that annoys me, but the hunt princesses that can't heal, dps, or tank.

The fact when you out dps whole group pretty much everytime with tank, heck even had ilvl110+ blm who couldnt do more damage than I did as warrior on aoe trash pull.

Pretty much hitting my meh point. T4 materia farming isn't going as well as I hopped (Almost always elemental T4) and doing roulettes/hunts are beginning to feel more and more like a chore.

Seems to be a common theme this weekend. Been doing a lot of tanking on NIN while doing Atma books due to a few leafy greens that don't want to take advice.

Screw WoDs loot system ._. I've done more runs than I care to count, seen every piece under the sun from the final boss except Caster Coat... I gave up and lotted Caster Boots despite having Ironworks already, since it was technically an upgrade. So many runs... the only saving grace was the soldiery for alex maps... but still, good god.

Not really random complaint, more like random sadness. Logged into Guildwork for the first time in forever and felt sad about all the XI players I used to play with that I no longer do and I don't really have any way of contacting them.

I really want them to keep this (largely) Job-specific gear thing going, just so it can backfire spectacularly in Heavensward with another three Jobs added to the loot pool, illustrating their fairly incompitent approach with a lack of a second gear chest to compensate (especially in shit-mode Tower of all places). Which is sort of a lesson they probably should have learned by 2.5, with NIN being in the mix now.

I enjoy my weekly jaunts through World of Striking Belts and Final Dragoon of Bahamut.

nin belt is pretty good, if not best

war belt is ok imo if you need that SS...

but yea, fuck belts in general to any end/near end game raids

they should be in like rare coffers thats laying around enroute to bosses

I don't even know what the fuck the Sash of Scouting drops off of. I literally didn't even realize this until I read your post. I haven't seen that shit drop once yet in like 43 runs..
