FFXIV Random Complaint Thread II: DPS can't count to potato

With all the gear we have and all the pieces implemented purely for glamour we don't have anything that's a simple headband (think Solid Snake).

The closest thing is the Snow hairstyle for male characters but whenever I get too close to anything XIII related my nose starts to bleed, so that's out.

Future cash shop item, perhaps? This game does lack some nice simple pieces aside from of the hempen set.

Did anyone else's payment not go through today? I re-activated my wife's account yesterday with no problems, but today, my auto renewal didn't work and I get an error 601 when I try to do it manually. Why is it so hard to give SE money? You'd think after having FFXI and now FFXIV they'd have it figured out.

It's been about a month now since we've gotten anything we actually want.

I don't doubt that two or three of us cry ourselves to sleep after we clear for the week. Or drink.

While we're moaning about drops we got our 5/11 tank body from T13 on Tuesday. We've also had 4 SCH books and 3 BLM staffs, only one from each being for mains. We've seen about 5 BLM hands from T12 and about 6 tank bracelets from T10 yet still haven't seen certain drops once. Hard to believe the drop rate is equal for each item when you see shit like that.

You can see that around the fifth healing earring drop I just stopped caring enough to make it easier to see duplicate drops. Also first brd left side drop was the 11th week and we saw our first (of two total so far) aiming accessories on the 17th week. Getting gear from dynamic was easier than this, ffs. ; ;

BRD gear rains on our static, 3 bows back to back, I think we have close to 3 bards in full BIS, meanwhile, I haven't seen monk hands, neck or ring.

Saw the same exact drops from T10/12/13 this week as last week. Scouting/Fending legs, Dreadwyrm Axe/Maiming Legs. Meanwhile we're already at the point where that stuff is all freelot.

I wish I had DW sword to test it for sure. But on paper DW > Zeta due to the lower delay and the way sword oath works.

I think that's why a token system would do this game a ton of good. I have DW pieces on jobs I will never ever use, but my main isn't close to finished.

RNG+Lock outs is just terribad. RNG plus spam works. Lockouts plus tokens works.
