I got NIN to 53 with nothing but the promise of more positionals on the horizon (and worse than usual Mudra lag) and I just......ugh....

glad I started doing hunts before ppl know that it's used for upgrade, by the time ppl figured it out, I was already halfway done with the upgrades.

I am also not looking forward to levelling any of my other jobs. The two things I wish they would fix:

• FATEs giving crap EXP
• Level 50 Dungeons giving zero EXP

The second would at least help with the painful jump of 50-51.

Wait until you hit the Hinterlands and waste 30 seconds of your life leaving the shire on foot every time you go to restock/turn-in quests.

The surrounding zone already had shit for environment details, don't know why they couldn't squeeze that town into the same zone like they did Revenant's so you could use your mount at least.

It's only until you unlock flying, then it doesn't really matter anymore. Power through the MSQ as much as you can until you complete a zone, then go back and attune. Makes doing the sidequests much easier.

That's what i've been doing but the journey there could've been more pleasurable. There's also something to be said that you only unlock flying after you've been strung all over the zone in the first place. I would've rather aetheric currents open up a specific region for flying instead of requiring all of them for the entire zone upfront.

Follow-up to this: I'm actually a big fucking retard and didn't realize that, for some reason, my DF language options were to only one language, and that language wasn't even English. Activated them all, and back to instaqueues.

To hell with that place and Dzaemel Darkhold. The low level roulette keeps sending me there, not grouped with DRKs/ASTs/MCHs doing the level grind, but with the most willfully stupid players I've yet encountered. Example: Tank's dead on the first trash pull after All-Seeing Eye, I have the mobs slept. Instead of raising the tank (or letting him release and take shortcut back), the WHM runs into the mobs and casts Holy.

I've been doing low lv on my AST. Today I've got TamTara with a Gladiator that had half mage gear, didn't use flash, barely held hate on 1 mob, sprinted all the time and used LB as soon as it was up. I just got annoyed after a couple of minutes and went to tank the dungeon myself to make this easier lol.
