I'll take ground markers in A4 any day over the people who mark everyone and everything in A1. "Ok oppressor is chain 1 and all of the numbers will fight that, 0.5 is chain 2 and all of the shapes will fight that. Stay on your side and don't touch anything else! SMN BRD BLM MCH STOP PUTTING DOTS ON THE OTHER BOSS FOLLOW THE MARKS!!!"
Thank god I've never seen anyone mark shit in A1. I would probably just cry at that point. A4 though, people still can't get that one right, even with the markers.
I seen it two times in total and both times I said:
"I suggest you just use common sense and split yourselves evenly.
The only time I care for marks in A1 is savage because it just makes the jump phase so much more smoother when people get a letter to run to (or when unmarked corner needs to be the location)
I'm finally reaching that point where I'm getting bored of the game. Starting to wish crafting wasn't such murder without leves.
I only really log in to raid since that's where I get most of my enjoyment from. Leveling jobs is very monotonous and I really wish there were other options besides faceroll grinding to level up like job specific challenges that are moderate to highly difficult that reward swaths of EXP once completed.
What is the fucking point of the arbitrary 2k caps on special currencies.
Especially for the goddamn scrips, "you can only have 2k at a time but since most stuff costs more than 2k we're gonna add in TOKENS you can buy with the scrips so you can trade THOSE for the stuff you need".

YoshiP limitations.
More specifically, no content = Have to find some way to keep us busy.
Well duh, the more times you have to buy tokens with currency the more rewarding it feels when you finally turn in your tokens for what you were aiming to get! And they can't let people run around with 50000 of each currency, it would be too much of an incentive to buy currency-loaded characters!
...
Yeah, I don't...
I don't think XIV runs on logic...
.........I don't see how that's a point?
It forces alt crafters through the story instead of letting them turn in red scrip items at Mor Dhona, limiting potential rmt/mule abuse...somehow idk.
yea i'm not sure how i got all combat jobs to 50 before, it just seems like such a hard grind this time around. I'm trying to lvl blm to clean out the caster lvling gear in my inventory/armory, i can do leveling roulette and hope i get a 51+ dungeon to get decent trash exp, do high lvl roulette and get no trash exp, or i can single queue the highest dungeon i can do over and over and over again. or fate grind.
fate bot helped me get the jobs to 50![]()
That's the story with Endgame. Nobody wants to play BRD/MCH so it is by far the most in demand raid position.
SE really alienated a big chunk of players by fucking over BRD. My static is 7/8 and need a BRD/MCH, we put up PF on Friday for one and there were 3 other PFs up all 7/8 looking for a BRD/MCH.
I don't know for the BRD gameplay, but I really hate MCH gameplay. Feeling that slugish is awefull, but again I am not a great MCH either so well..
BRD is (subjectively) a lot less fun now :/
I love MCH a lot actually. Pure DPS bores me, so the only other DPS job I'd be willing to play is BRD or NIN. I largely prefer MCH's support abilities, and stance dancing is a thing.
