Most of the game is stupidly easy to the point my 6 year old niece was able to heal through a chrysalis and still doing the mechanics after watching me do it a few times. I might actually record her playing the game some time and post it just so the "I'm casual, I play my way" people can re-evaluate themselves.

It's kind of sad this is the first game I've ever seen they continue to nerf dungeons and even potentially take out mechanics to accommodate the playerbase. I understand if it's like Pandy Warden from XI, a superboss, but a god damn obsolete trash fight? :l

The PLD "fixes" (more like single fix) are so fucking underwhelming and minimal that its clear that the dev team is completely fucking out of touch. Its actually amazing the WAR 3.0 skills managed to get fucking approved when they're so fucking moronically powerful that Warrior fucking gets, aside from massive DPS buffs, a fucking version of Bulwark that is both better and on a shorter cooldown.

The dev team probably believes those people who go on and on about PLD having Hallowed Ground so they don't need any fixes ever because it exists.

The Hallowed Ground argument is really funny because the way PLD cooldowns are structured you just end up using it in your cooldown rotation and can't save it for emergencies, which in many fights WAR and DRK can actually do with their emergency anti-death buttons. Case in point: A1S.

Shit only time I used Holmgang was when my healers were too busy DPSing to heal me and needed the extra 2 seconds to switch out of cleric's. Now it'd be interesting if they added more mechanics that required the use of HG, Holmgang, and Living Dead such as Ahk Morn.

Switching out cleric is instant. It's when you turn it on and things go awry that they gotta wait 2-5 seconds. Remember the former though in case one uses that as an excuse. Cleric is back up after about 2 sstone 3s and 1 holy, etc.

Living dead > HG.

It just doesn't have the healer face roll built in.

Unfortunately had a drk not survive it because i didnt heal enough. I had everything in use too except pom(down from holy use).

I have no idea, but it's in the patch notes. I personally think it's a fun fight if you don't have a bunch of retards with you. It didn't need a nerf at all. Storywise, it's supposed to be an intense battle with your character weakened.

Or the times the client says fuck you when you switch out cleric + queue a heal, and then the game cancels the queue'd heal.

Why is skill queueing when stances are involved so broken in ARR?

Pld not so fun in the 30s. That 123 spam with shield slam and shield swipe both on gcd. Do qarn and get two new players - drg and brd. Do dumb noobie things but no biggie as everyone has to start somewhere. Healer has nearly everything to 60 bar his whm. Keeps fluid aura mobs off me. If its to help mitigate damage he could just use cure rather than waiting till I'm 10% and using cure 2.

Anyway it's qarn so just get through it, ignore annoying fluid aura shit and try stay awake during 123 spam. On last boss and about to level when it dies. Internet craps out. Complete outage for last two hours - no tv, landline or internet. I hate my ISP since it had a take over.

If he was doing DPS in between which is why you got so "low", he's probably the reason you reached the final boss based on what you said about the other two

Also, I only use Fluid Aura as a troll when I'm with my friends... the extra Off GCD damage is nice but its a nuisance if its something you're currently fighting... I don't know what todays current etiquette is when in DF since community is meaningless and you should be pretending they're NPCs anyway (Thanks, Yoshi) but if he was only using it on enemies you weren't currently hitting it seems nice...? Fking, level 30 Meta escapes me \o/

It pisses me off to no end that cleric stance can be added to the action queue twice. The reason I smash the cleric stance key isn't because I want to wait 5 seconds to be able to heal.
