I've done Sophia Ex enough to buy a bird (eventually) and another weapon for a new job next year. It's such a joke of a fight and people STILL complain it's too hard.

Eh, I was less impressed with Thordan. I think the music has a bigger impact on me than other people, though. I really, really like Ravana's waltz.

I mean it's not that hard it's just a) if people don't do mechanics you wipe and b) even if they do them correctly it takes forever

The story Ravana fight can be pretty bad in trial roulette too, fight really drags on and people tend to fuck up the final phase and kill themselves a lot.

Honestly, I've seen enough times it goes down easy ignoring mechanics as long as you don't put dps on cannons I just describe the fight as such whenever I get it and there's a new person. "Tank+healer on cannons, dps stay on main target, rest is cake."

The problem is you need someone on cannon who knows how to spam shit. They should be easily top dps on cannon, not below a melee who's been doing an optimal rotation on the boss the entire time, and I've seen that occur far too often.

That you can't create a second character on a server you're already on if it's restricted/closed for new characters. Making a second character doesn't affect the world population at all as you can't log in both on the same account at the same time anyway. I've been trying to make my alt for weeks now and can't because Gilgamesh is closed.

Make it on another server and then just pay the 10 bucks. that's what I did to get my RP alt onto balmung.

Server Transfer is also held to the character limits that new characters have. Your best bet is to do new character at late hours.

My own complaint: stupid friggen 2.0 relic books. You don't get credit for clears unless you're alive when the boss dies.

Yeah.. I was told that over a year ago when I first started and was trying to get on a server with a friend. It never worked. I finally joined some text alert thing that let you know when a server opened. It sent me a text about 4 months ago.......

I've been going through some insomnia so I've been trying "late hours" and still nothing.

Server transfer page says it doesn't work but pretty much everyone I know who transferred to Gilga did it during primetime and it worked fine. I made an alt on Gilga and I know a bunch of people in the past few weeks who did who made one early in the morning just fine too. Shouldn't be that bad if you can be awake in the early AM. Just don't rely on the site or some text alert bullshit and just check yourself in game.

Gonna have fucking dreams about A10S. People can't fucking get mechanics down consistently @,@

The most annoying thing for us is in A10S is people getting hit randomly when not moving or doing any actions. Aside from that, not that it happens all the time but sometimes our SMN casts Terraflare either too late and gobbies get a buff and then murder us, or he somehow dies before the LB3 can get off rofl.

Auto-attacks count and will go off even when turned now; people are gonna have to keybind sheathing their weapons if they've undone that and rely on doing that.
